New Bargaining Unit Member Information. The following new bargaining unit member information shall be delivered to the Association president in digital Excel format no later than 30 days after the date of hire:

New Bargaining Unit Member Information. 2.1.1 a) The District shall provide MDEA with information pertaining to newly hired employees in the bargaining unit within thirty (30) days of the hire date. The information will be provided to MDEA electronically via a mutually agreeable secure File Transfer Protocol (FTP) site or service or its equivalent. This contact information shall include the following items:
1. Employee first and last name
2. Job title
3. Department and work location
4. Home and Cell telephone numbers
5. Personal e-mail address
6. Home address
7. Employee ID number 8. Hire date
New Bargaining Unit Member Information. 15.4.1 The following new bargaining unit member information shall be delivered to the PAT president in digital PDF format and hard copy, sorted by seniority date no later than 30 days after the date of hire.

6. Grade Level/Assignment
7. Date of Hire 8. Seniority Date
New Bargaining Unit Member Information. 4.9.4.1 The following new Bargaining Unit Member information will be sent from the District to the Association President in Digital Excel Format and no more than thirty (30) days after the date of hire or by the first pay period of the month of hire: • Name • Date of Birth • Home Address • Phone Numbers (Cell, Home, Work) • Personal Email Address (not district email) • Last four (4) digits of Social Security Number • Date of Hire • Seniority Date (if different from Date of Hire) • School Site • Grade Level/Assignment • Full-time Equivalent (FTE) status • Employment status (Probationary, Intern, PIP, STIP, Temp, Other)
4.9.4.2 The District shall, on November 1st and again on February 1st, every school year deliver to the Association president in Digital Excel format the following information for all bargaining unit members: • Name • Date of Birth • Home Address • Phone Numbers (Cell, Home, Work) • Personal Email Address (not district email) • Last four (4) digits of Social Security Number • Date of Hire • Seniority Date (if different from Date of Hire) • School Site • Grade Level/Assignment • Full-time Equivalent (FTE) status • Employment status (Probationary, Intern, PIP, STIP, Temp, Other)
New Bargaining Unit Member Information. The following new bargaining unit member information will be sent from the District to the Association office no more than thirty (30) calendar days after the date of hire or by the first pay period of the month of hire, whichever is later:
1. Name
2. Year of Birth
3. Home Address
4. Phone Numbers—work, home, cellular
5. Personal Email Addresses (non-District email)
6. School Site
7. Department/Grade Level or Assignment
8. Date of Hire in Bargaining Unit Position
9. Full Time Equivalent (FTE) status The District shall not be obligated to provide a unit member’s home or mobile telephone number or personal email address to the Association if the unit member does not provide such information to the District, if the unit member has made a written request that such information not be released, or if the unit member has an alternatively designated address pursuant to government Code section 6207 (pertaining to victims of domestic violence, abuse and stalking). The District shall indicate in the information provided to the Association office those unit members who have submitted such a request.
New Bargaining Unit Member Information. The name, address, position, hourly rate of pay, number of hours worked daily, hire date and solo date of newly-hired Bargaining Unit Members shall be provided to the Union within five (5) working days of the newly hired bargaining unit member’s solo date. In addition, the personal phone number and personal email address shall be provided if the newly hired bargaining unit member consents to the release of such information.
New Bargaining Unit Member Information new bargaining unit member information shall be 20 delivered to the Association President in digital Excel format and hard copy, 21 sorted by seniority date, no later than 30 days after the date of hire or the 22 first pay period of the month after hire, whichever is later: 23 1. New Bargaining Unit Member Information. 1. The District shall provide the Association President with written notice of any newly hired employee to an Association-represented classification, within thirty (30) days of date of hire. Such written notice shall be provided via electronic mail and shall include set forth information in Section D.3 below.
2. The term Newly hired employed or new hire means an employee hired by the District to an Association- represented classification, and who is still employed as of the date of the new employee orientation. It also includes all employees who are and have been previously employed by the District, and whose current position has placed them in the Bargaining Unit represented by the Association. For those latter employees, for purposes of this agreement only, the date of hire is the date upon which the employee's classification or employee status changed such that the employee was placed in the Association Bargaining Unit.
3. The District shall provide the following new Bargaining Unit member information shall be delivered to the Association President electronically via a mutually agreeable secure email process:

New Bargaining Unit Member Information. 5.7.1 The following new Bargaining Unit Member information will be sent from the District to the Association President and the Associations Membership Chair, no more than thirty (30) days after the date of hire or by the first pay period of the month of hire:
