Date of Hire in Bargaining Unit Position 9. Full Time Equivalent (FTE) status The District shall not be obligated to provide a unit member’s home or mobile telephone number or personal email address to the Association if the unit member does not provide such information to the District, if the unit member has made a written request that such information not be released, or if the unit member has an alternatively designated address pursuant to government Code section 6207 (pertaining to victims of domestic violence, abuse and stalking). The District shall indicate in the information provided to the Association office those unit members who have submitted such a request.
New Bargaining Unit Member Information. The name, address, position, hourly rate of pay, number of hours worked daily, hire date and solo date of newly-hired Bargaining Unit Members shall be provided to the Union within five (5) working days of the newly hired bargaining unit member’s solo date. In addition, the personal phone number and personal email address shall be provided if the newly hired bargaining unit member consents to the release of such information.

New Bargaining Unit Member Information. 1. The District shall provide the Association President with written notice of any newly hired employee to an Association-represented classification, within thirty (30) days of date of hire. Such written notice shall be provided via electronic mail and shall include set forth information in Section D.3 below. 2. The term Newly hired employed or new hire means an employee hired by the District to an Association- represented classification, and who is still employed as of the date of the new employee orientation. It also includes all employees who are and have been previously employed by the District, and whose current position has placed them in the Bargaining Unit represented by the Association. For those latter employees, for purposes of this agreement only, the date of hire is the date upon which the employee's classification or employee status changed such that the employee was placed in the Association Bargaining Unit. 3.
