Obligations of the Organization. 5.1 The Organization represents, warrants and undertakes: 5.1.1 that it has and will continue to have throughout the Term full right and title and authority to enter into this Agreement and to accept and perform the obligations imposed on it under this Agreement; 5.1.2 to use all reasonable endeavors to organize, manage and stage the Event; 5.1.3 without prejudice to clause 5.1.2, to use all reasonable endeavors to organize the Event Schedule and provide a copy of the Event Schedule to the Rider on or before the commencement of the first day of the Event Period. During the Term, the Organization will also notify the Rider as soon as practicable of any updates or amendments to the Event Schedule; 5.1.4 without prejudice to clause 5.1.2, to use all reasonable endeavors to fulfill its obligations as identified in the Participant’s Guide 5.1.5 that, subject to clause 7, it shall grant the Rider a nonexclusive royalty free license to use the Event Marks solely in connection with the Fundraising Rights and/or promoting the Rider as an entrant of the Event to prospective sponsors and for the duration the Event Period or whilst the Rider is an entrant in the Event only (whichever the shorter); and 5.1.6 that it owns or controls the Event Marks and shall take all measures it considers reasonable during the Term to protect its rights in the Event Marks from infringement by any third party.
Obligations of the Organization. A. Maintenance Responsibility: 1. Organization shall be responsible for any damage to common Facility common areas, reasonable wear and tear excepted. 2. Organization shall allow the University to inspect the Facility for damage during the winter recess to assess and repair damages. 3. Organization shall allow the University to inspect the Facility in May to make a final damage assessment.
Obligations of the Organization. 1. through the process of registration, make known to the Ministry its objectives, legal status in the country of origin, location of its head office, relationships with any government and general source(s) of funding; 2. subsequent to the signing of this Agreement, submit its Plan of Operations to the Ministry. 3. prior to engaging in any new project activity, sign a Project Agreement with the Ministry and relevant Line Ministry(ies); 4. sign a Memorandum of Understanding between the Organization and the relevant Line Ministry(ies) to establish and clarify the working relationship and any special arrangements that are to be made between the Line Ministry(ies) in implementing the Organization’s activities; 5. provide assistance to the people of Somaliland in accordance with the terms of the relevant Project Agreement(s). 6. where appropriate, promote sustainability by ensuring the ability of the community or government counterpart to assume responsibility for maintaining the project’s output; 7. in the event that the terms of a Project Agreement must be altered, sign an amendment to that Project Agreement together with the other signatories of the original Agreement (the Ministry and the relevant Line Ministries). 8. deduct and transfer the amount of tax due from the salaries of personnel of Somaliland nationals, as provided by the respective tax laws of Somaliland; 9. submit to the Ministry and relevant Line Ministries information and reports pertaining to project activities (research, monitoring or evaluation reports; socioeconomic surveys, feasibility studies, etc.); 10. upon expiry or termination of the Project, hand over the project activities along with its assets to the Ministry or to the Line Ministry, or to such other Organizations approved by the Project Agreement. In the event that some of the project assets are required for similar activities within Somaliland each party shall give full consideration to any proposal advanced by the other party; 11. transfer all assets and property of the Organization’s Head Office in Somaliland to the Ministry upon the decision of either party to terminate the operations of the Organization; 12. in the event that an expatriate member of staff fails to pay any and/or all bills and damages owed to the Government and/or third parties, assume full responsibility for their settlement; 13. copy to the Ministry, as the coordinating ministry for the Government, all correspondence addressed to any government body (Line ...
Obligations of the Organization. The Organization shall:- 4.1. Use funds, materials and services received by it as foreign contribution or foreign economic assistance from declared sources, through legal channels, for its specified work, and provide to the Government every six months complete information regarding flow of such funds, materials and services and when required by the Government. 4.2. Obtain prior concurrence of the Government for any additional funding or different source of funding other than that specified by the Organization. 4.3. Appoint and employ a representative and other senior management personnel as appropriate, who will manage the work and supervise the staff on behalf of the Organization and liaise with the Government, and the Provincial / local Governments. 4.4. Employ foreign nationals against not more than 10% of the total staff positions, and give preference to Pakistan nationals for key positions. 4.5. Ensure that every expatriate has obtained an INGO visa prior to his / her entry into Pakistan as required under existing rules / regulations of Pakistan. The Organization shall not employ expatriates who are in the country on any other visa. 4.6. Obtain prior written permission from the Government for visits to prohibited areas by expatriate personnel. 4.7. Ensure that all expatriate staff are informed that while they are in Pakistan, they shall be subject to (a) the laws and regulations of Pakistan, and (b) respect religious injunctions and cultural norms in Pakistan. 4.8. Provide updated lists of its foreign and locally hired staff to the Government on a six monthly basis. 4.9. Make payment above Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) in Pakistan through banking channels and to provide complete details in this respect to the Government every six months. 4.10. Ensure that all staff (foreign and local) working in Pakistan shall pay applicable taxes. 4.11. Ensure withholding of tax, wherever applicable, and deposit of the same in Government treasury. 4.12. Ensure that the administrative expenses do not exceed 30% of the project cost. 4.13. Ensure filing of Income Tax Return and withholding statements. 4.14. Submit to the Government every six months, and when required, written reports covering its activities and progress on the projects, funds received from abroad and their expenditure in Pakistan. 4.15. Obligations of the Organization. If the services are conducted on the Organization’s premises, the Organization will provide the facilities, workspace, audio/visual equipment, flipcharts, whiteboards, computer equipment and software, support personnel and any other equipment necessary for performance of the services.
Obligations of the Organization. Article 3.1: Obligations Prior to the Assessment a) to supply NBSM or its authorised representatives all necessary working documents, and in particular those used by the Organization, sufficiently in advance to allow NBSM to perform its services, b) to provide NBSM all means of access to the sites to be visited and transportation within the sites to be visited, as well as all equipment required for the performance of the audits, c) to ensure that all safety measures for those personnel involved in NBSM Audit, regarding working conditions, sites and equipment are in conformity with applicable regulations based on current awareness of risks d) to take all measures necessary to remove any impediment or resolve any difficulty that would hinder the proper performance of NBSM’s audits and to conduct itself in a fair and honest manner, e) to accept the presence of a silent observer, at the Organization’s expense, in the event that such presence is imposed on NBSM by international standards or by international agreements to which NBSM is signatory and of which the Organization is beneficiary (see article 2.2 Recognition Marks). f) The Organization undertakes to return, duly signed, the notifications forwarded by NBSM prior to all audits within the timeframes indicated. In the event that no reply is received within the said timeframes the Organization is deemed to have accepted the said notifications. g) The Organization undertakes to provide to NBSM data and information that is accurate, genuine and complete and to supply all information or data, of any type whatsoever that may have an effect on the assessment, audit or certification procedures. Specifically, the Organization shall inform NBSM of any prior certification and/or assessment procedures that it may have undergone and the results thereof (e.g., refusal or withdrawal of a certificate, etc.). Obligations of the Organization. We will assist you by: making available all information the Organization reasonably regards as necessary for the performance of the Services; providing assistance in obtaining additional resources to perform the Services, as necessary; providing current information about child specific support needs relevant to the performance of the Services; making on-site visits to the location at which the Services are provided if determined by the Organization to be necessary; and providing advice with respect to the hiring of staff by you to provide the Services.

Conduct instructions on occupational safety. 3.5. Create necessary conditions for students to complete professional internship / research internship and research approbation. 3.6. Provide qualified professionals to guide professional / research practice. 3.7. Provide students and teachers – practice advisors of the University with the opportunity to use documentation, excluding information, containing official or other secret information protected by law in the departments of the Organization, necessary for students to successfully master the internship program and perform individual tasks. 3.8. At the end of the internship, give a description of the work of each student - trainee and an assessment of the quality of the report prepared by him/her. 3.9. Assist in the employment of graduates of the University in accordance with the current law.
