Off Duty Day. Except where the provisions of 14.1 above apply, if a public holiday, falls on a rostered employee's off duty day (such off duty day not being a Saturday or a Sunday) the employee shall be granted an additional day's leave at a later date convenient to the employer.

Off Duty Day. Except where the provisions of 18.4.1 above apply, if a public holiday, other than Waitangi Day and ANZAC Day, falls on a rostered Employee’s off duty day (such off duty day not being a Saturday or a Sunday) the Employee shall be granted an additional day’s leave at a later date convenient to the Employer.
Off Duty Day is a day in which no part of a regular tour of duty is performed by the Full Time Civilian.

An employee required to be on call on a public holiday (or day it is observed) shall be entitled to an alternative holiday.
