Part-Time Employee Seniority. Permanent part-time employees in the Bargaining Unit shall accrue pro-rated seniority based on OPERS service credit earned only while employed by the City of Napoleon.
Part-Time Employee Seniority. There shall be a separate seniority list for part-time employees. Seniority for part-time employees shall be based on straight- time hours actually worked. In the event a part-time employee is transferred to full-time status, the employee shall serve a ninety (90) calendar day probationary period, during which time he may be laid off or terminated by the Employer without regard and without recourse to this Agreement. Upon competition of the probationary period, the employee’s seniority shall commence from the date the employee was transferred to full-time status.

  • Part-Time Employee Part-time employee" means an employee who is normally scheduled to work fewer than 80 hours in a biweekly payroll period.
