Reasonably determine the labor ration and the payment for Party B shall not be lower than the local minimum wage standard. Since this labor relation is established, Party A shall provide labor insurance and pay the insurances such as providing for the pension, unemployment and injury insurances for Party B. 4. On the condition that one of the situations below takes place by Party B, Party A can terminate the employment agreement: (1). Proved to be incompetent during the probation period. (2). Severely disobey the labor disciplines or Party A’s rules.

Party A’s Responsibility. 1) Party A shall inspect and supervise the event held by Party B. In case of finding any kind of breaches against Chinese laws or regulations, or regulations of Party A during the event, Party A shall demand the involved party stop breaches immediately. 2) Party A shall ensure all the equipment will operate well, especially for emergency broadcast and lighting system. Party A shall provide Party B with all the necessary technical documents of the lease space. 3) Party A shall provide Party B with the datum and materials about the venue capacity, safety exit, evacuation passageways (with clear sign, unblocked) and technical facilities enclosed with the safety area floor plan. 4) Party A shall guarantee emergency broadcasting system, emergency lighting and other facilities work well and effectively. 5) Party A shall offer Party B a suitable number of parking lots and command all vehicles to park orderly. 6) Party A shall be responsible for the security at the entrance of each lease space. Party A shall, with Party B’s cooperation, close the event venue and make security inspections at the end of event every lease day. After closing, Party A shall be responsible for the security of the leased space till the event opens to the Public the next day. 7) Party A is also responsible for security propaganda and education, strictly avoid behaviors influencing the exhibition & event order. Any obligation and crime action should be reported Public Security Dept. immediately. Party A shall also accept the instruction and the supervision of Shanghai Public Security Dept., Fire-fighting Dept. and other related departments to diminish potential dangers in time.
Party A’s Responsibility a. Party A should transfer on time and get everything ready to meet the requirement of use; i. Land leveling 10-30 cm higher than road area around; ii. Setup civil electrical outlet, communication cable, water supply connector, drainage outlet, exhaust outlet etc. should be connected to the 30m circle around the red line. And assist in connecting water, electricity to build temporary office and any communication requirements. b. Make sure the land use right and land plan meets the requirements of national owned land. Assist party B apply for the land use permit.
Party A’s Responsibility. 1. Party A will provide Party B with free lodging and other related fringe benefits, meals not included. 2. Party B will provide Party B with a company car. 3. Party B has two 10-day paid vacations each year to visit families with expenses covered by Party A. Party B may take extra vacations upon approval of Party A on the condition that they will not affect Party B’s working responsibilities. Party B is responsible for the expenses of any extra vacations. 4. Party A reimburses 70% of Party B’s medical expenses. 5. Party A provides the highest insurance based on local standard to Party B.
Party A’s Responsibility. 4.2.1 Party A shall be responsible for providing hardware and software systems needed for its mobile communication network and data service platform. 4.2.2 Party A shall insist Party B to connect all Party A’s gateways or communication lines connecting its gateway server and Party B’s server. 4.2.3 Party A shall have the obligation to open to Party B its technical agreement standards and interface standards in relation to mobile value-added services. 0.1.1 Party A shall be responsible for normal network communication within its liability scope as specified in the schematic diagram, and shall assume all liabilities that arise from network failure due to non-Party-A’s fault. And as to any abnormal overloading data or information flow that affect safe operation of Party A’s network, Party A shall have the right to limit their transmission. 0.1.2 Party A has rights of controlling and regulating the data flow and port, which belong to Party A’s maintenance interface and Party A should inform Party B of the controlling and regulating results. 0.1.3 Party A has rights to make necessary tests and data statistics for the service supplied by Party B during the service operation period and Party A also have rights to request Party B rectify and improve according to Party A’s Value-added Mobile Communication Service Management Regulation. 0.1.4 Party A shall be responsible for providing with Party B statistics about data flow in communication channels that Party B uses, and shall ensure reliability and timeliness of these statistics. 0.1.5 Party A shall, inform Party B of transmission break---including causes, time and period of break--- as soon as possible prior to debugging and maintenance of gateways or other network equipment, or other predicable causes. 0.1.6 Party A shall, within reasonable period of time, inform Party B of transmission break due to debugging and maintenance of gateways or other network equipment, or other unpredicable causes as early as possible.
