PERSONNEL AND STAFF. (A) Xxxxxx Xxxxxx currently holds the role of Lead Pastor of LHCC. Post-Merger, each Campus will be under the leadership and supervision of the Campus Pastors who are overseen by the Staff and Elders of LHCC. (B) Currently, LHCC employs eight full-time, and three part-time, staff, and FBC employs three part-time staff. All employees serve “at will.” Post-Merger, LHCC will retain, at current pay, all current FBC staff. FBC staff will be trained consistent with the typical onboarding, evaluating and mentoring of all employees of LHCC.

PERSONNEL AND STAFF. 5.1 The Consultant shall: (a) ensure that each member of its Personnel (i) is competent, trained and qualified to perform the Services in accordance with best industry practice; (ii) holds a valid visa or work permit for such times as such member is in the United Arab Emirates; (iii) complies with all other immigration, background checking, customs and legal requirements of any relevant authorities arising out of their assignment hereunder; (iv) complies with all applicable laws in the United Arab Emirates, the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and their home country of residence; and (v) complies with the standards for delivery of the Services set out herein; (b) perform a thorough screening of each member of its Personnel to be used in the delivery of the Services, including a complete background check, criminal record background check and verification of eligibility to work; (c) not provide any member of its Personnel who has a criminal record or a criminal case pending, or who is ineligible to work in the United Arab Emirates or elsewhere; and (d) immediately remove and/or replace any member of its Personnel unsatisfactory to FANR for any reason. 5.2 The Consultant acknowledges and agrees that: (a) all terms of its Personnel’s employment will be governed by their existing agreements with the Consultant; (b) it is solely responsible for all employer/employee matters related to its Personnel, including all matters related to supervision, discipline, payroll, immigration, visa, compensation, insurance benefits (including medical insurance, disability insurance and life insurance), pensions, savings benefits, withholdings, taxes and insurance for work-related injuries; and (c) neither it nor any of its Personnel, agents or subcontractors (approved by FANR in accordance with clause 17.1) shall be entitled to participate in any employee benefit or welfare plan, including any medical plan, disability plan, life insurance plan, pension plan, savings plan or any other plan sponsored by FANR, nor will the Consultant or any of its Personnel, agents or subcontractors receive any benefits under any such plan. 5.3 During the Term and for a period of twelve (12) months thereafter, the Consultant shall not, without the prior written consent of FANR, solicit for employment, or offer employment to, or enter into any contract for services with, any individual employed or subcontracted by FANR (or any individual who was employed or subcontracted by FANR in the preceding twelve (12) mo...
PERSONNEL AND STAFF. A description of the projected personnel needs for a Program Staff at such Program Facility including, without limitation, clinical and administrative staff for the Program Services, and Continucare's proposal for recruiting and hiring such Program Staff.
PERSONNEL AND STAFF. 12.1 The Provider shall use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that the Staff shall be properly and suitably qualified, competent, skilled, honest, instructed, trained, experienced and supervised and shall at all times exercise due care in the execution of their duties as well as: a) comply with the relevant provisions of the Agreement; b) comply with all relevant Law, policies, codes, rules, procedures and standards of the Provider, all relevant rules, codes, policies, procedures and standards of the Council, notified to the Provider by the Council’s Authorised Representative from time to time; and c) all teachers of core subjects in pre-16 settings must hold or be working towards Qualified Teacher Status with nationally recognised additional training or documented experience in the area of the education setting’s specialism. All staff in post-16 settings must be appropriately qualified. Learning support staff will be suitably experienced or trained in the area of the education setting’s specialism; 12.2 The Provider shall be liable for any acts, omissions or defaults of the Staff howsoever arising in connection with the Services.

  • Personnel Actions Wages, working conditions, and employee benefits shall be established and administered, and personnel actions of every type, including hiring, upgrading, promotion, transfer, demotion, layoff, and termination, shall be taken without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age or disability. The following procedures shall be followed: a. The contractor will conduct periodic inspections of project sites to insure that working conditions and employee facilities do not indicate discriminatory treatment of project site personnel. b. The contractor will periodically evaluate the spread of wages paid within each classification to determine any evidence of discriminatory wage practices. c. The contractor will periodically review selected personnel actions in depth to determine whether there is evidence of discrimination. Where evidence is found, the contractor will promptly take corrective action. If the review indicates that the discrimination may extend beyond the actions reviewed, such corrective action shall include all affected persons. d. The contractor will promptly investigate all complaints of alleged discrimination made to the contractor in connection with its obligations under this contract, will attempt to resolve such complaints, and will take appropriate corrective action within a reasonable time. If the investigation indicates that the discrimination may affect persons other than the complainant, such corrective action shall include such other persons. Upon completion of each investigation, the contractor will inform every complainant of all of their avenues of appeal.

  • Personnel Provide, without remuneration from or other cost to the Trust, the services of individuals competent to perform the administrative functions which are not performed by employees or other agents engaged by the Trust or by the Adviser acting in some other capacity pursuant to a separate agreement or arrangement with the Trust.

  • Personnel Policies The School shall adopt, update, and adhere to personnel policies. These policies must be made readily accessible from the School’s website or school office, as described in Section 11.4. 1. If the policy is not available from the School’s website, the School shall submit the current policy to the Commission.

  • PERSONNEL REDUCTION 1. When the District deems a reduction in force is necessary, it shall provide notification to the Union no later than notification is provided to the affected employees. Meetings with the Union for discussion of the effects of the proposed reduction will be scheduled upon request. Reductions shall be accomplished in accordance with the following provisions: A. Requests shall be made for volunteers in the affected classifications within the division. Management reserves the right to reject volunteers based on business needs. B. Any employee subject to layoff can accept and/or request a voluntary demotion to a lower classification that they are qualified to fill providing a position vacancy exists. C. Temporary positions within the affected classification, within the division, shall first be eliminated. D. Probationary employees in the affected classification, within the division, shall be subject to layoff before layoff of regular full-time employees. E. Part time employees in the affected classification, within the division, shall be subject to layoff before regular full-time employees. 2. The determination regarding a layoff of regular full-time employees shall be based on the following criteria applied to the affected division(s): A. Seniority within the classification. B. In the event two (2) or more employees have the same classification seniority, District seniority will be used. C. In the event two or more employees have the same seniority, in the classification and within the district, active discipline history will be considered. In the event no discipline is documented, the last four digits of the social security number will be used retaining the employee with the highest number. D. An employee subject to layoff can move back to the most recently held vacant position within the classification series within the division. If the position is held by another employee, the person with the most classification series seniority retains the position. E. An employee subject to layoff can move back to the most recently held vacant position. If the position is held by another employee, the person with the most District seniority retains the position. F. An employee subject to layoff that moves into a lower paid position will receive a minimum 5% reduction in pay, not to exceed the top of the lower position pay scale. 3. Employees laid off under this collective bargaining agreement shall receive at least six (6) weeks' notice, payment in lieu of notice, or any combination of notice and payment. A copy of this notice will be provided to the Union. 4. Reduction in Force Appeal Committee A. Concurrent with the announcement of a reduction in force, an appeals committee will be formed. The Union and the District will each select two (2) representatives who in turn will select a fifth member who shall serve as the chairperson of the committee. B. Employees subject to reduction in force may, within five (5) working days of receipt of notice, request an appeal in writing to the Union and/or HR Director to review the facts related to their individual concerns related to the process. C. Within ten (10) working days of receipt of the appeal, the committee shall review, investigate, and receive statements from the appealing employee, the division director, and/or any other relevant persons as determined by the committee. The committee will serve as an advisory committee to the Chief Health Officer and recommend action as they may agree upon. The committee shall submit a statement of findings to the Chief Health Officer within ten (10) working days of the review. The committee shall also state a recommended action upon a majority vote of the committee members. D. The Chief Health Officer shall review the committee's report and issue a decision that either accepts or rejects the recommendation or, at his/her discretion, directs the implementation of some other action. The decision of the Chief Health Officer is final and binding.

  • PERSONNEL FOLDERS ‌ An employee shall be entitled to review the contents of the employee’s official departmental personnel folder at reasonable intervals, upon request, during hours when the employee’s personnel office is normally open for business. Such review shall not interfere with the normal business of the department. No disciplinary document shall be placed in an employee’s official departmental personnel folder without providing said employee with a copy thereof.

  • Personnel Costs The actual Worker Wage Rate for Contractor’s hourly employees and the Monthly Salary Rate of Contractor’s salaried personnel who are identified to Owner in advance and in writing but only for the time actually stationed at the Project site with Owner’s prior consent. The Project Manager’s Monthly Salary Rate may be included in the General Conditions Costs only when the Project Manager is directly located on and managing the Project. All personnel costs are subject to audit to determine the actual cost of the wages, salaries and allowable employer contributions incurred by the Contractor for services performed for the Project.

  • Access to Personnel Files All employees shall be allowed access to their personnel files during normal working hours for inspection and/or copies of documents which will be provided by the Employer. Such inspection shall be made subject to prior arrangement with the Employer.

  • DIRECT PERSONNEL EXPENSE 4.1. Direct Personnel Expense of employees engaged on the Project by the ARCHITECT/ENGINEER includes ARCHITECT/ENGINEERS, other engineers, designers, job captains, draftsmen, specification writers and typists, in consultation, research and design in producing Drawings, Specifications and other documents pertaining to the Project, and in services during construction at the site. 4.2. Direct Personnel Expense includes actual cost and of mandatory and customary financial benefits paid.

  • Staffing There shall be a clinician employed by the outside contractor for EAP Services who will be on-site a minimum of 20 hours a week. The clinician shall report directly to the outside contractor, Peer Assistance Oversight Committee and the MIF liaison. There shall be three full-time Peer Assistants reporting to the outside contractor.

  • Personnel Data The School shall maintain accurate and complete personnel and payroll information and shall provide such information to the Commission, in the format and timeframe prescribed by the Commission, as required for the Legislature or any State agency including but not limited to the Department of Budget & Finance, Employees' Retirement System, and the Hawaii Employer-Union Health Benefits Trust Fund. The School shall ensure each employee receiving State benefits qualifies for such benefits.
