Priority Services. TransACT does not offer a special priority assistance service to customers with life threatening medical conditions. TransACT will act on a best efforts basis but cannot guarantee priority connections and fault resolution given the reliance on third party suppliers. Customers with life threatening medical conditions should contact TransACT on 13 30 61 to discuss the options available.

Priority Services. The Company is committed to observe all its commercial undertakings with clients. The significance of several contracts is acknowledged by the parties through the introduction of "Priority Services". As such it is agreed between the parties that the following services shall be deemed to be "Priority Services" and will not be effected in anyway by Industrial Stoppages, bans or limitations or any other circumstances, as part of consulting with site union delegate(s). Contracts deemed to be "Priority Services" are: (i) Any Hospital/ Medical/ Pharmaceutical products. (ii) Bank related work. (iii) Perishable products. A minimum four (4) hour call in payment will apply.
Priority Services. (a) The Licensee acknowledges that the Government of Gujarat, Central Government or other public or statutory authorities having jurisdiction over the Port, may direct the Licensee to provide priority services and the Licensee shall comply with all such requests. The Licensee shall be entitled to levy and collect port charges as per the published commercial tariff schedule of the port and ensure that the entity availing of such priorities carries out cargo handling, vessel servicing operations and other operations commensurate with the prevailing productivity levels of the operations and facilities at the Port. (b) The Licensee agrees that the Licensor shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss, consequential damages or loss of profits to the Licensee in the event that priority services are mandated. The Licensee will keep the Licensor indemnified from any claims made by the users of the port or other parties as a result of such priority directives.
Priority Services. All of the servicing related to the handling and management of Financial Aid Administrator (FAA) and Sales Account Manager operational processes. These processes include, but may not be limited to: 1) Inbound FAA phone calls to be supported by Customer Service, and 2) FAA or Sales Account Manager email and correspondence.
