Procedures for Teacher Performance Evaluation. The evaluation should serve as the basis for programs to increase professional growth and development of certified teachers, to lead to improved instruction, and to recommendation for future employment. Each certified staff member in their first 3 years of contract will be evaluated once each year using the evaluation tool adopted by the Sisseton School Board. Input into the tool will be given by administration. Each certified staff member with 4+ years of contract will be evaluated every other year, unless additional evaluations are deemed necessary by administration. Administration will present the evaluation procedure and tool to their staff at the first in-service of the new school year. Each certified staff member will be observed a minimum of four times before the evaluation is completed. Teachers will be evaluated following state minimum requirements as outlined in the South Dakota Teacher Effectiveness Handbook. Observations may be conducted, during the contract hours and school sponsored activities, in a variety of settings including, but not limited to  the classroom  hallways  meetings  supervisory assignments  interactions with students, staff administration and community members A teacher may invite the administrator to observe him/her for a specific lesson showcasing the teacher’s skills and abilities. This type of observation would be an option for the teacher. In addition, teachers will be evaluated through their  Instructional Skills and Techniques  Knowledge and Use of Learning Resources  Classroom/Instructional Area Management  Human Relations  Professional Growth  Supervision of StudentsPersonal Characteristics The administrator will schedule a meeting with the certified staff member to discuss the findings of the observations and discuss the results of the final evaluation. The results of the observation shall be stated in writing and acknowledged by the signature of the evaluator and evaluated. These signatures do not necessarily denote agreement with the observation and evaluation outcomes. The evaluated may make a statement concerning any part of the observation outcomes with which the evaluated disagrees and may attach the statement to the observation outcome. Any certified staff member who does not meet the minimum standards and expectations of the School District will be encouraged to meet those standards through the development of a plan of assistance.   • Contractor Performance Evaluations The Contract Administrator will evaluate Contractor’s performance as often as the Contract Administrator deems necessary throughout the term of the contract. This evaluation will be based on criteria including the quality of goods or services, the timeliness of performance, and adherence to applicable laws, including prevailing wage and living wage. City will provide Contractors who receive an unsatisfactory rating with a copy of the evaluation and an opportunity to respond. City may consider final evaluations, including Contractor’s response, in evaluating future proposals and bids for contract award.

  • Performance Evaluations 34.1. The Contractor is subject to an annual performance evaluation to be conducted by NYCDOT pursuant to the PPB Rules.

Except in cases of termination, release from probation, or leave of absence, employees who receive an unsatisfactory performance evaluation must receive a follow-up evaluation. The follow-up evaluation shall cover a period of time no greater than ninety (90) calendar days from the date of the final review of the initial unsatisfactory evaluation. An employee shall have the right to submit written comments regarding any evaluation and to have such comments included in his/her personnel file along with the evaluation.

  • COMPLIANCE AND PERFORMANCE EVALUATION Two (2) Mandatory Compliance and Performance Evaluation Meetings shall be conducted during each Term of this Agreement. Additional meetings may be scheduled at the discretion of Department to ensure Concessionaire’s effectiveness and compliance. The meetings shall review all aspects of the Concession Operation, ensuring that quality public services are being provided on a continuing basis in accordance with the Bid Specifications and this Agreement, that operational problems/concerns are addressed on a timely basis, and that all terms and conditions are clearly understood. The meetings shall be held on site with Department-designated State Park Service staff representative(s), the on-site concession manager, and a management/supervisory representative of Concessionaire’s firm. A report form shall be utilized to document the meeting, and to identify any deficiencies and the corrective action required. A copy of the completed report form shall be provided to the on- site concession manager or the management/supervisory representative of Concessionaire’s firm and shall be attached to and made a part of this Agreement. The Mandatory Compliance and Performance Evaluation Meetings shall be held as follows: • Meeting #1 - Prior to commencement of the Period of Operation or Memorial Day, whichever comes first. • Meeting #2 - Within ten (10) calendar days after the last approved day of the Period of Operation.
