PROPOSAL PHASE. During the proposal development phase, Sub shall provide accurate and timely response to Prime requests for information required for the proposal. Proposal support shall include, as a minimum, providing inputs such as past performance data; resumes; cost data; technical capabilities and designs; management processes, practices, and procedures; and definitions. If tasked by Prime, Sub shall complete specific writing assignments relevant to its areas of expertise, and work assignment areas as described in section 3, below. If tasked by prime, Sub shall provide senior technical and management personnel to participate in key proposal reviews such as the Blue, Pink, and/or Red Team. Sub shall participate in the proposal development activity to the maximum extent possible.
PROPOSAL PHASE. 2.4.1 Master Architect shall be a member of the Review Panel and assist the University in the Design Builder evaluation process
2.4.2 During the Proposal Phase, Master Architect shall assist University in document clarification and in the preparation of Addenda as required for issuance only by University in accordance with Request for Proposal.

PROPOSAL PHASE. After acceptance by County of the Construction Documents and the most recent opinion of probable Construction Cost, Xxxxx-Xxxxxxx shall:
A. Attend pre-proposal conference.
B. Issue addenda as appropriate to clarify and address questions concerning the construction documents.
C. Attend the Proposal opening
D. Assist County in evaluating the Competitively Sealed Proposals (CSPs)
E. Assist County with negotiating with the best value CSP proposer
F. Assist County in assembling and awarding the construction contract for the Project.

Proposal support will include providing such input as, past performance data, resumes, cost data, technical capabilities and designs, management processes, practices, and procedure definitions,etc. If tasked by PRC, ImageWare will complete specific writing assignments relevant to their areas of expertise and work assignment areas. If tasked by PRC, ImageWare will provide senior technical and management personnel to participate in key proposal reviews such as the Blue Team and/or Red Team. ImageWare are expected to participate in the proposal development activity to the maximum extent possible, consistent with its work areas and assigned areas of lead responsibility.
PROPOSAL PHASE. Upon written authorization by Owner, Contractor shall submit Proposal(s) for the construction of the Work, or portions of the Work, to Owner. Contractor’s Proposal(s) shall include a proposed Stipulated Price for the Work, or portions of the Work, and a written statement of its basis. Unless the parties mutually agree otherwise, the following shall be submitted in the Proposal:

PROPOSAL PHASE. UTEC will compile information gathered during the introduction and investigation phases into a defined set of recommendations to present to the district.
PROPOSAL PHASE. Upon District’s acceptance of Consultant’s work in the previous Phase and assuming District has not delayed or terminated the Agreement, Consultant shall perform Proposal Phase services for District as follows:
1. Be a member of District’s proposal review panel and assist District in the Design-Build entity evaluation process.
2. Assist District in document clarification and in the preparation of addenda as necessary for issuance only by District in accordance with a Request for Proposals or Qualifications. Temporary Swing Space (Bidding Phase)
1. Upon District’s acceptance of Consultant’s work in the previous Phase and assuming District has not delayed or terminated the Agreement, the Consultant shall perform Bidding Phase services for District as follows:
a. While the Temporary Swing Space Project is being advertised for bids, all questions concerning intent shall be referred to the District for screening and subsequent processing through the Consultant.
b. In the event that items requiring interpretation of the drawings or specifications are discovered during the bidding period, those items shall be analyzed by the Consultant for decision by the District as to the proper procedure required. Corrective action will be in the form of an addendum prepared by the Consultant and issued by the District.
c. Coordinate with sub consultants.
d. Respond to District questions and clarifications.
e. Upon completion of the Bidding Phase, Consultant will produce a Conforming Set of plans and specifications incorporating all addenda issued thus far.
