Quality Assurance and Raising Standards. 18.1 The Contractor undertakes to the ESFA that it has the resources and skills necessary to carry out the Contractor’s obligations pursuant to this Contract. 18.2 The Contractor shall comply with the Funding Rules published by the ESFA as amended from time to time and any other requirements, which may from time to time be issued by the ESFA, Ofsted, the awarding organisations and other regulatory bodies and of which the Contractor is made aware. 18.3 The Contractor shall ensure that all activities carried out pursuant to this Contract shall be documented in accordance with the requirements of the ESFA and shall provide such documentation to them as the ESFA shall request from time to time. 18.4 The Contractor shall continuously seek to improve the Services and raise standards to benefit the Apprentice. The Contractor shall have the primary responsibility for improving standards and will need to demonstrate to The ESFA satisfaction that it has an effective quality assurance system based on the implementation of its own quality improvement process. The ESFA reserves the right to require the Contractor to provide the ESFA or Ofsted evidence to support the quality improvement processes. 18.5 The Contractor shall use all reasonable endeavours to: 18.5.1 minimise dropout rates and deliver high completion and achievement rates and appropriate progression; 18.5.2 meet the minimum quality standards published by the ESFA and/or the ESFA that apply to the appropriate Services purchased; 18.5.3 ensure competent and appropriately qualified staff deliver and assess learning. The Contractor shall be responsible for the continuing professional development and training of its staff; 18.5.4 offer equality of access to learning opportunities and close equality gaps in learning and outcomes; 18.5.5 provide a safe, healthy and supportive environment, which meets the needs of Apprentices; 18.5.6 provide good management and leadership of the learning process; 18.5.7 deliver value for money and financial probity; and 18.5.8 ensure all sub-contractors delivering Services under the Contract on behalf of the Contractor comply with the requirements set out in 18.5.1 to 18.5.7 above. 18.6 The Contractor shall continuously seek to improve the Provision and raise standards to benefit the Apprentice. Quality Assurance and Raising Standards. 9.1 The Council undertakes to GMCA that it has the resources and skills necessary to carry out the Council’s obligations pursuant to this Agreement. The Council shall comply with the GMCA AEB Funding and Performance Management Rules, as amended from time to time, and any other requirements of GMCA, Ofsted, and other Regulatory Bodies which are notified to the Council. 9.2 The Council shall ensure that all Provision delivered to Learners pursuant to this Agreement shall be documented in accordance with the requirements of GMCA, and shall provide GMCA with copies of such documentation at the intervals specified by the GMCA AEB Funding and Performance Management Rules and on request from GMCA at any time. 9.3 The Council shall continuously seek to improve the Provision and raise standards to benefit the Learners. The Council shall have the primary responsibility for improving standards and will need to demonstrate to GMCA’s satisfaction that it has an effective quality assurance system based on the implementation of its own quality improvement process.   • Quality Assurance The parties endorse the underlying principles of the Company’s Quality Management System, which seeks to ensure that its services are provided in a manner which best conforms to the requirements of the contract with its customer. This requires the Company to establish and maintain, implement, train and continuously improve its procedures and processes, and the employees to follow the procedures, document their compliance and participate in the improvement process. In particular, this will require employees to regularly and reliably fill out documentation and checklists to signify that work has been carried out in accordance with the customer’s specific requirements. Where necessary, training will be provided in these activities.

  • OMB Standards Unless specified otherwise within this agreement, the Subrecipient shall procure all materials, property, or services in accordance with the requirements of 24 CFR 84.40−48.

  • COUNTY’S QUALITY ASSURANCE PLAN The County or its agent will evaluate the Contractor’s performance under this Contract on not less than an annual basis. Such evaluation will include assessing the Contractor’s compliance with all Contract terms and conditions and performance standards. Contractor deficiencies which the County determines are severe or continuing and that may place performance of the Contract in jeopardy if not corrected will be reported to the Board of Supervisors. The report will include improvement/corrective action measures taken by the County and the Contractor. If improvement does not occur consistent with the corrective action measures, the County may terminate this Contract or impose other penalties as specified in this Contract.

  • Minimum Standards 12.1.1 All types of network equipment placed in AT&T-13STATE network equipment areas of Eligible Structures by AT&T-13STATE or Collocator must meet AT&T-13STATE minimum safety standards. The minimum safety standards are as follows: (1) Collocator’s equipment must meet Telcordia Level 1 safety requirements as set forth in Technical Publication 76200, Network Equipment Building Systems (NEBS); or, (2) Collocator must demonstrate that its equipment has a history of safe operation defined by installation in an ILEC (including AT&T-13STATE) prior to January 1, 1998 with no known history of safety problems. The Collocator will be expected to conform to the same accepted procedures and standards utilized by including AT&T-13STATE and its contractors when engineering and installing equipment.
