RECOGNITION - EXCLUSIONS - DEFINITIONS. 1.01 The Home recognizes the Union as the sole Bargaining Agent for all registered and graduate nurses employed in a nursing capacity by the Xxxx and Xxx Xxxxxxxxx Family Hillel Lodge, otherwise referred to as Hillel Lodge, the Ottawa Jewish Home for the Aged, or the Home or the employer in Ottawa save and except; professional medical staff, head nurse, persons above the rank of head nurse, and persons regularly scheduled to work less than thirty two (32) hours per two week pay period. Employees who work more than 32 hours per pay because they are accepting additional shifts or in a temporary position shall not have a permanent change of status

Casual part-time Is an employee who agrees to be available for work at the Hospital on a generally undetermined schedule and for whom no schedule generally exists.
