Records, Reporting. Manager shall maintain at the regular business office of Manager or at such other address as Manager shall advise Owner in writing, separate books and journals and orderly files, containing rental records, insurance policies, leases, correspondence, receipts, bills and vouchers, and all other documents and papers pertaining directly to the Property and the operation thereof. All corporate statements, receipts, invoices, checks, leases, contracts, worksheets, financial statements, books and records, and all other instruments and documents relating to or arising from the operation or management of the Property shall be and remain the property of Owner and the Owner shall have the right to inspect such records at any reasonable time upon prior notice; Manager shall have the right to request and maintain copies of all such matters, at Manager’s cost and expense, at all reasonable times during the term of this Agreement, and for a reasonable time thereafter not to exceed three years. All on-site records, including leases, rent rolls, and other related documents shall remain at the respective Property for which such records are maintained as the property of Owner.

Records, Reporting. 5.9.1 Each Party will maintain, and [***] to maintain, records of the Development activities under this Agreement in sufficient detail and in good scientific manner appropriate for scientific, patent and regulatory purposes, which will be complete and accurate in all material respects and will fully and properly reflect all work done, data and developments made, and results achieved.
Records, Reporting. All records resulting from calls for service or general routine patrol services within the City enforcement area will be managed and maintained by the Xxxxxxx County Sheriff’s Office. The Sheriff shall provide the City with monthly statistical reports reflecting calls for service and crime statistics.
Records, Reporting. (a) The Custodian shall create and maintain complete and accurate records relating to its activities under this Agreement with respect to the Assets held for the Companies under this Agreement. EHCC shall otherwise prepare any reports, returns, tax returns, or similar papers required by any governmental authority pertaining to the operation, administration or management of the Plans.
