Records, Reporting. Manager shall maintain at the regular business office of Manager or at such other address as Manager shall advise Owner in writing, separate books and journals and orderly files, containing rental records, insurance policies, leases, correspondence, receipts, bills and vouchers, and all other documents and papers pertaining directly to the Property and the operation thereof. All corporate statements, receipts, invoices, checks, leases, contracts, worksheets, financial statements, books and records, and all other instruments and documents relating to or arising from the operation or management of the Property shall be and remain the property of Owner and the Owner shall have the right to inspect such records at any reasonable time upon prior notice; Manager shall have the right to request and maintain copies of all such matters, at Manager’s cost and expense, at all reasonable times during the term of this Agreement, and for a reasonable time thereafter not to exceed three years. All on-site records, including leases, rent rolls, and other related documents shall remain at the respective Property for which such records are maintained as the property of Owner.
Records, Reporting. 5.9.1 Each Party will maintain, and [***] to maintain, records of the Development activities under this Agreement in sufficient detail and in good scientific manner appropriate for scientific, patent and regulatory purposes, which will be complete and accurate in all material respects and will fully and properly reflect all work done, data and developments made, and results achieved.
Records, Reporting. All records resulting from calls for service or general routine patrol services within the City enforcement area will be managed and maintained by the Xxxxxxx County Sheriff’s Office. The Sheriff shall provide the City with monthly statistical reports reflecting calls for service and crime statistics.
Records, Reporting. (a) The Custodian shall create and maintain complete and accurate records relating to its activities under this Agreement with respect to the Assets held for the Companies under this Agreement. The Custodian acknowledges and agrees that all books and records maintained for the Companies in any capacity under this Agreement are the property of the Companies and may be inspected by the Companies, its duly authorized agents or any authorized regulatory agency at any reasonable time. Upon request all such books and records will be surrendered reasonably promptly to the Companies. The Custodian agrees to make available to the Companies upon request any records related to services provided under this Agreement. In addition, on or after the date hereof, the Custodian shall keep such other books and records of a Company as the Company shall reasonably request that may be required by the 1000 Xxx.
Records, Reporting. (A) The Company shall keep accurate records of all transactions connected with this Contract including, but not limited to, all invoices and transaction tickets issued at a Company Receiving Facility or a Disposal Site. The Company shall at all times maintain an accounting system that uses generally accepted accounting principles for all services rendered and materials supplied in connection with this Contract.

The Parties will maintain complete, current and accurate records of all Development activities conducted in the Territory by or on behalf of it or its Affiliates, contractors or sublicensees, and all data and other information resulting from such activities consistent with its standard practices in accordance with all Applicable Laws; provided that Hansoh will be solely responsible for the maintenance of such records related to any services or assistance provided to Viela pursuant to the Development Plan in accordance with this Section 3.5. Such records shall fully and properly reflect all work done and results achieved in the performance of the Development activities in good scientific manner appropriate for regulatory and patent purposes. Within [***] ([***]) [***] of [***], the Parties will submit periodic reports to the JCC summarizing in reasonable detail all activities related to the Development of the Licensed Product in the Field in the Territory during the preceding [***] ([***]) [***] period; provided that any such report by Viela need not include the details of any services or assistance provided to Viela by Hansoh. Such report will include a summary of the results of Clinical Trials in connection with Regulatory Approvals for the Licensed Product in the Territory.
Records, Reporting. XXXXXX will keep accurate records of its activities under this Agreement. XXXXXX shall (i) keep MRK reasonably informed of the progress of the Services by oral or written reports to the MRK Scientific Contact not less than once each [**] period during the Term, (ii) provide a written summary report to the MRK Scientific Contact of the Results within thirty (30) days of the termination or expiration of the Term (collectively, the “Reports”) and (iii) promptly disclose to MRK in writing the conception or reduction to practice of any Biomarker Inventions.

All corporate statements, receipts, invoices, checks, leases, contracts, worksheets, financial statements, books and records, and all other instruments and documents relating to or arising from the operation or management of the Apartments shall be and remain the property of Owner and Owner shall have the right to inspect and to copy all such matters, at Owner’s sole cost and expense, at all reasonable times during the term of this Agreement. All such records, including leases, rent rolls, and other related documents, shall upon termination of this Agreement either remain at the Apartments or be delivered as directed by Owner.

EHCC shall also provide such other information in its possession as may be necessary to comply with any reporting requirements under ERISA or other similar laws. EHCC shall otherwise prepare any reports, returns, tax returns, or similar papers required by any governmental authority pertaining to the operation, administration or management of the Plans.
