Recruitment and Retention Bonus. All K-12 school-based instructional staff who provide direct support to students and show evidence of student growth based on STAR-PGM that are retained at the schools, or transfer into the schools, and agree to remain at the school for one (1) school year may be eligible to receive a bonus. One (1) “school year” is defined as the period from the execution of this Agreement through May 28, 2020, the last student attendance day. Staff who transfer from a school listed in the Attachment to another school in the Attachment remain eligible for the payments, as long as all other eligibility criteria are met, and they complete the semester. Note: District-level staff, including occupational therapists, physical therapists, school psychologists, speech language pathologists, or any contracted staff members that are not employees of the District (such as DES of Florida, LLC), do not qualify for the bonus.
Recruitment and Retention Bonus. FOR REGISTERED NURSES. Effective July 1, 2005, Each Registered Nurse who is permanently assigned to the second or third shift shall receive a “recruitment and retentionyearly bonus of two thousand five hundred dollars ($2,500). This bonus shall be pro-rated for part-time Registered Nurses. Effective with the pay period that includes July 1, 2007, this bonus shall be increased to three thousand dollars ($3,000.00). This bonus shall be paid biweekly. In order to be eligible for this bonus, the Employee must have completed one year of service in the registered nurse classification. Commencing with the pay period that includes October 30, 2005, a recruitment and retention stipend of two thousand dollars ($2,000.00) shall be paid annually to Employees in the classifications of Clinical Nurse Coordinator and Nurse Clinician. This stipend shall be paid in two (2) installments in July and December in each contract year.

Effective with the pay period that includes July 1, 2005 each Licensed Practical Nurse who is permanently assigned to second and third shift shall receive a yearly “retention” bonus of five hundred and fifty dollars ($550.00). Effective with the pay period that includes July 1, 2007 the bonus shall increase to six hundred dollars ($600). This bonus shall be paid in two (2) installments: In July and December. In order to be eligible for this bonus, the Employee must have completed one year of service in the classification.

Teachers with a 2018-2019 3-year aggregate VAM Evaluation rating below Effective are not eligible for this bonus. Provisional Substitutes are not eligible for this bonus. Xxxxx Educational Services Substitutes are not eligible for this bonus. Paraeducators with funding sources beginning with a school’s number are eligible (see Attachment). Paraeducators under funding sources with a 9XXX cost center and/or report to District-level staff are not eligible for the bonus. If the annual bonus payment for the Company’s fiscal year ending December 31, 2008 has not been paid to you or otherwise determined by the Company as of the date the prorated payment is due, the prorated payment shall be calculated using your target bonus amount for 2008. Payments under this Section 8 shall be net of any applicable withholding taxes. For purposes of this Section 8, “Voluntary Termination for Good Reason” shall have the same meaning as given to such term under the Key Employee Change in Control Severance Plan as in effect immediately prior to the Acquisition Date, but with respect to the First Year Retention Bonus only, determined without regard to clause (ii) thereof.”

  • OTHER CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT Certificate based on Masters degree, 18 total years pay credit or classified step, Non-Probationary ,Local Longevity =$1000, Base Contract @ $48,532. All contracts are issued contingent upon employee having appropriate certification or endorsement or approved ALP. All contracts are also contingent upon successful completion of criminal background check. Where applicable, certified salaries include $3000 from the “Targeted Educator Compensation Act” of 2001. Where applicable the employee has also had included within Compensation For Services a stipend for 18 years of Local Longevity Credit.

  • Vacation Bonus Employees shall receive one day's base pay (or adjusted earnings) for each year of service beyond twenty-five (25) years, to a maximum of ten (10) days’ pay.

  • Signing Bonus Executive shall receive a special one-time signing bonus in the amount of $300,000 (less statutory withholdings) payable within ten business days following the later of (i) the Company’s receipt of this Agreement signed by Executive or (ii) Executive’s commencement of employment hereunder.

  • Severance Payment Executive will be paid continuing payments of severance pay at a rate equal to Executive’s base salary rate, as then in effect, for twelve (12) months from the date of such termination of employment, to be paid periodically in accordance with the Company’s normal payroll policies.
