RELIEF PERSONNEL. 5.1 Employees hired for illness and vacation relief are required to have their 4TH Class Certificate but shall not exercise their certificate of qualification until they are established by seniority on a regular job position and no longer classified as temporary within the Steam Department.

RELIEF PERSONNEL. A. Relief personnel shall receive twenty-four (24) hours prior notice of a shift change or be compensated at the overtime rate of pay for the full shift worked due to such change without prior notice. Relief personnel's normal workdays shall be Monday through Friday, day shifts, except when relieving shift personnel, they may assume the work schedule of the employee being relieved. To maintain a forty (40) hour work week when performing relief duties, days off or hours of work may be changed as mutually agreed to by the relief personnel and management. Operating personnel's annually assigned days off work shall be scheduled so as to provide employees with consecutive days off, per work week.
RELIEF PERSONNEL. 1. The annual shift/station bid process shall include relief positions as designated by the Fire Chief. Those individuals assigned to relief positions shall be assigned to a station, but may move between station assignments to cover short and long-term vacancies. The Fire Chief may move Relief personnel between shifts in accordance with the provisions of this Section. (Reference SOP, Division II, Article 16 – Relief Assignment Guidelines)

  • Consultant Personnel Consultant shall provide adequate, experienced personnel, capable of and devoted to the successful performance of the Services under this Agreement. Consultant agrees to assign specific individuals to key positions. If deemed qualified, the Consultant is encouraged to hire City residents to fill vacant positions at all levels. Consultant agrees that, upon commencement of the Services to be performed under this Agreement, key personnel shall not be removed or replaced without prior written notice to the City. If key personnel are not available to perform the Services for a continuous period exceeding 30 calendar days, or are expected to devote substantially less effort to the Services than initially anticipated, Consultant shall immediately notify the City of same and shall, subject to the concurrence of the City, replace such personnel with personnel possessing substantially equal ability and qualifications.

  • Employment of trained personnel The Concessionaire shall ensure that the personnel engaged by it in the performance of its obligations under this Agreement are at all times properly trained for their respective functions.

  • Qualified Personnel Contractor shall utilize only competent personnel under the supervision of, and in the employment of, Contractor (or Contractor’s authorized subcontractors) to perform the Services. Contractor will comply with City’s reasonable requests regarding assignment and/or removal of personnel, but all personnel, including those assigned at City’s request, must be supervised by Contractor. Contractor shall commit adequate resources to allow timely completion within the project schedule specified in this Agreement.

  • Removal of Personnel TFC may request that the Contractor replace unsatisfactory personnel, which request shall not be unreasonably denied.
