REPORTING TIME PAY. (A) After a Welder Helper has been hired and ordered to report for work at the regular starting time, and no work is provided for him on the day that he has so reported, he shall receive Waiting Time pay in accordance with Article XIII(A) (a lump sum payment equivalent to three
REPORTING TIME PAY. If an employee reports for work on any work day and is not put to work on that day, he shall be paid two (2) hours pay for reporting to work unless he has been previously notified not to report to work. In order to be paid the reporting pay, the employee must report to work at the starting time of the shift and be available for work and remain on the jobsite up to two (2) hours, unless released by the Employer. Employees who commence work shall be guaranteed two (2) hours pay and after the second hour shall be paid for actual time worked. An employee being paid under these circumstances may be required by the Employer to remain on the job for the length of the time for which he is paid. It shall be the responsibility of the employee to furnish to the Employer the telephone number at which the employee may be called regarding reporting to work.
REPORTING TIME PAY. (A) Any employee, after being hired and ordered to report for work at the regular time and no work is provided for them on the day that they have so reported, shall receive the equivalent of two (2) hours at the prevailing wage rate; this provided that they were not notified by the Employer before leaving their place of residence not to report. If employees are scheduled to report for work and report for work and are directed by the Contractor to remain on the job site until it is determined if the work will begin, they shall be paid for the time waited on the job site ready to begin work.
(B) The employee shall furnish the Employer with current telephone number or other contact at the start of each job, and notify the Employer of any subsequent change or changes in such contact during the course of the job.
(C) If employees commence work they shall receive two (2) hours’ pay or two (2) hours’ work. If employees commence work and work beyond two (2) hours, they shall receive four (4) hours’ pay or four (4) hours worked. On emergency maintenance work, employees shall be paid for actual hours worked, except, in no case shall they be paid for less than two (2) hours.
REPORTING TIME PAY. When an employee reports to work for their scheduled shift and is thereafter notified that the Employer is unable to provide work for that day, the employee shall be paid for four hours or one-half (1/2) of the scheduled shift, whichever is greater.
REPORTING TIME PAY. All employees shall receive show-up time in the amount of two (2) hours, if not put to work, except in case of inclement weather or machinery breakdown. Employees shall be required to remain on the job to qualify for the two (2) hours pay and shall also be paid for all time that they are requested, by the contractor, to remain on the Job.
REPORTING TIME PAY. In addition to the hours the APTUS employee actually works, California law requires that APTUS pay “reporting time pay” for a “Reporting Day” when an APTUS employee reports for his or her regularly scheduled assignment with the Client, but Client does not put the APTUS employee to work. APTUS will bill the Client in the event it must pay a “reporting time pay.” APTUS Reporting time pay is not considered wages, and is not counted as hours worked for purposes of determining overtime.
REPORTING TIME PAY. Bus Operators booked on runs scheduled out of the garage shall be required to report for duty at the garage ten (10) minutes before the scheduled leaving time. Such time is to be known as “Reporting Time” and is to be paid for at the regular rates in addition to platform time.
REPORTING TIME PAY. Employees who are sent home for lack of work after reporting in accordance with their regular schedule or in accordance with instructions from their supervision will receive not less than the equivalent of four (4) hours pay at their straight-time rates.
REPORTING TIME PAY. (A) After a person has been hired and ordered to report for work at the regular starting time, and no work is provided for him on that day he has so reported, he shall receive pay equivalent to four (4) hours at the rate applicable for that day. This pay shall be provided, although the person has not been ordered to report for work on that particular day if the person has been working regularly and the Employer fails to give sufficient notification. Sufficient notification shall mean notice that there will be no work performed on a particular day to the xxxxxxx during working hours, and he is afforded a reasonable opportunity to notify the employees involved during working hours, or the Employer notifies the employees involved not to report to work at or before 8:00 P.M. the preceding day. No fringe benefit contributions will be paid on the four (4) hours reporting time pay and such hours will not be used in computing the forty hours after which overtime is payable. Per diem in “PL” states will be paid for the number of days in the work week set out on the pre-job form and will be paid on days when Reporting Time under this section is paid.
(B) Any employee who reports to work and is transported to the job site or for whom any work is provided, regardless of the time that he works, shall receive the equivalent of not less than four hours' pay at the rate applicable for that day. Fringe benefit contributions shall be paid on such hours and they will be used in computing the forty hours after which overtime is payable.
(C) Any person who reports to work and who works more than four (4) hours in any one day shall receive the equivalent of not less than eight hours' pay at the rate applicable for that day. Fringe benefit contributions shall be paid on such hours and they will be used in computing the forty hours after which overtime is payable.
(D) It is expressly provided, however, that when a person refuses to work or to continue to work or work stoppage conditions brought about by a third party or third parties prevent or make ill-advised in the opinion of the Employer the performance of any work or the continuance of work once started, no pay for time not worked shall be required under any of the above enumerated conditions.
REPORTING TIME PAY. This pay shall be provided notwithstanding that he has not been ordered to report for work on that particular day, if the person has been working regularly and the Employer has failed to notify him not to report for work at or before 8:00 P.M. the preceding day.
(B) Any person who reports to work and for whom any work is provided, regardless of the time that he works, shall receive the equivalent of not less than four hours pay at the rate applicable for that day.
(C) Any person who reports to work and who works more than four hours in any one day, shall receive the equivalent of not less than eight hours pay for said day.
(D) It is expressly provided, however, that when a person refuses to work or continue to work, or work stoppage conditions brought about by a third party or third parties prevent or make ill-advised, in the opinion of the Employer, the performance of any work or the continuance of work once started, no pay for time not worked shall be required under any of the above enumerated conditions.
(E) Where notification of the men is required under this Agreement to the effect that work shall not be performed on a particular day, notification of such fact to the xxxxxxx shall be sufficient notification to the men, provided such notification is made during working hours and he is afforded a reasonable opportunity to notify the men during working hours.
