Responsibilities of the School District. 1. To provide the resources necessary for carrying out this process, including, but not limited to, the following:
a. Time for supervisors/evaluators and staff members to confer in order to develop the professional development plan;
b. Training on the process of developing professional development plans and assessing staff member performance; and
c. A list of immediate supervisors/evaluators for each member of the bargaining unit, to be provided to the Association no later than September 30. The District shall notify the Association of any changes in the September 30 list.
2. To identify priorities for supervisors/evaluators in such a way that they have time to provide needed support for staff members.
3. To establish goals for the District and to review progress toward the accomplishment of those goals.
4. To specify the District goals and any specific objectives of a management team member or of any other supervisor if those objectives affect the staff member(s).
5. To provide resources determined by the District to assist staff members in pursuing their professional development plans.
6. To defend and indemnify, to the extent required by law, staff in the performance of their duties as an agent of the administration in the evaluation of a unit member.
Responsibilities of the School District. The School District shall make available to the ESU all records and information relevant to the School District and relevant to students for whom the Professional Services are being rendered, including IEPs for individual service requests.

(1) Provide the College with:
(a) all student admission documentation, including an annual updated High School transcript, and
(2) Provide a contact person who will fulfill the duties of a Dual Credit Coordinator including:
(a) Assisting students with obtaining (“TSI”) exemption or waiver records; (b). Assisting students in completing all required admissions documents.
Responsibilities of the School District. The School District shall have the following duties:
(1) Provide the College with:
(a) all student admission documentation, including an annual updated High School transcript, and
(b) official faculty transcripts for credentialing when applicable and dual credit faculty submission of grades.
(2) Provide a contact person who will fulfill the duties of a Dual Credit Coordinator including:
(a) Assisting students with obtaining (“TSI”) exemption records;
(b) Assisting students in completing all required admissions documents.
(c) Assisting with student orientation;
(d) Delivering to the College in a timely manner all required paperwork including faculty transcripts, requests for exceptions, test scores and enrollment documents that complies with the Educational Partnership deadlines for summer, fall, and spring located online and shared with partners.
(e) Serving as liaison with students, parents, High School personnel and College personnel, and
(f) Facilitating the operation of the Dual Credit program to ensure the smooth and timely operation of the process.

Responsibilities of the School District. 1. School district will pay Contractor within 30 days of receipt of payment voucher and billing detail.
2. School district will make available all records, documentation and other information relevant to the services rendered to a particular individual upon request and as a matter of routine.
3. School district will provide supplies and equipment necessary to the provision of services rendered as determined by Contractor or the responsible professional.
4. School district will remain liable for payment of time scheduled, whether or not professional services are performed, unless failure to perform such services shall result from cancellation of school and reasonable notice of such cancellation to professional or on account of professional’s absence.
5. School district will treat any confidential and or personally identifying information regarding contractor’s own staff, with care and confidentiality. The school district will appropriately retain such information for no longer than is necessary for its intended purposes.
Responsibilities of the School District. 1. The District shall record dual credit coursework on the student’s transcript, as recommended from the State, and will be used to calculate academic standing. This includes all grades that are printed on the post-secondary transcript. For example: if a student receives a W (Withdrawal) on their post-secondary transcript, the W must be transcripted on their high school transcript. A student may not opt out of the secondary credit through this program. (SDCL 13-28-37)
2. In accordance with SDCL 13-28-37.1, the District understands that receiving a W or F will result in no longer being able to participate in the program, unless the Institutions determine the result was because of good cause, or the student retakes the course at their own expense without the tuition reduction.
3. Except as provided in this Agreement, the District’s local dual credit enrollment policies and the policies of the Institutions shall apply to student enrollments in this Program. The District and the Institutions each retain the right to deny enrollment in dual credit courses offered through this Program.
4. The District will limit participation in the Program to students in grades 11 and 12.
5. The District shall register students under this Program through the identified single point of contact at each Institution.
6. The District shall monitor student progress in the dual credit courses under this Program. The District shall strive to provide support to students through the use of a local district mentor for the Program.
Responsibilities of the School District. 1. The School District agrees to purchase the Services in accordance with the formula set forth in Section II.2, II.3, and II.4 above, and to pay the amounts set forth in Section II.10 for training and in-service.
2. The School District shall pay the HCESC in full for the provision of the Services within forty-five (45) days of receipt of an invoice/bill from the HCESC.
3. The School District is financially responsible for any additional requested or district specific training(s). Any training(s) not specified in this agreement will be mutually agreed upon.
4. The HCESC consultant, agent, servant, officer and/or employee will be provided with all relevant information applicable to individual students’ needs by the School District.
5. The School District will provide an appropriate area for confidential evaluations/meetings/services. The maintenance of the area shall be the responsibility of the School District.
6. Any/all materials/test kits/other items necessary for services/testing/etc will be provided by the School District and made available to the provider, if needed.
7. The School District will inform the HCESC consultant, agent, servant, officer and/or employee of snow days, school closing(s) and any other days the children and/or school are not available for services.
8. The School District will work collaboratively with the HCESC on evaluations and observations using agreed upon forms and procedures.
9. The School District will assign a contact person to handle coordination and communication in connection with the Services.
10. If an HCESC consultant, agent, servant, officer and/or employee of the Hunterdon County Educational Services Commission (HCESC) is employed by the School District independently of the HCESC within one (1)year of the termination of this contract, the School District agrees to pay the HCESC a placement of Finder’s fee equal to 50% of the consultant, agent, servant, officer and/or employee’s projected first year’s gross income. This fee will be paid to the HCESC within 30 days of the start date.
11. The School District shall indemnify and hold harmless the HCESC, its board members, agents, servants, officers and employees from any and all claims, liability, damages and/or expenses, including, but not limited to reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs of suit, arising out of, resulting from, in connection with and/or related to the Services set forth herein, if said claims, liability, damages and/or expenses are caused by any erro...
