Safety Awards Program. 1. Service Supervisors assigned to field duties seventy-five percent (75%) of the time, Service Supervisors working the Extra Board, and Transit Operators shall be eligible for a safety award of one hundred dollars ($100) for each calendar quarter in which they have had no preventable vehicle accidents as defined by the National Safety Council and no passenger accidents; and have had no more than fifteen (15) working days absence, excluding leave covered under the Family and Medical Leave Act, vacation leave, jury duty leave, paid military leave, Union leave, and up to five (5) days sick leave for reasons of bereavement. 2. Employees in the following classifications shall be eligible for a safety award of one hundred dollars ($100) for each calendar quarter in which they have had no preventable vehicle accident as defined by the National Safety Council and no preventable on-the-job injuries; and have had no more than fifteen (15) working days absence, excluding leave covered under the Family and Medical Leave Act, vacation leave, jury duty leave, paid military leave, Union leave and up to five (5) days sick leave for reasons of bereavement: a.   • Safety Plan Developer’s safety plan specifically adapted for the Project. Developer's Safety Plan shall comply with all provisions regarding Project safety, including all applicable provisions in these Construction Provisions.

  • Bonus Programs Employee may participate in any incentive program which may be made available from time to time to Corporation’s employees at Employee’s level; provided, however, that Employee’s participation is subject to the applicable terms, conditions and eligibility requirements of the program, as they may exist from time to time.

  • Employee Performance Review When a formal review of an employee’s performance is made, the employee concerned shall be given an opportunity to discuss, sign and make written comments on the review form in question and the employee is to receive a signed copy to indicate that its contents have been read.
