Using the regular lesson rates, the rate per lesson paid in a particular month will be the prorated amount that is in proportion to the number of Grade 9 and 10 lessons marked compared to the number of Grade 11 and 12 lessons marked in that month. A teacher working in any other Factory Program will be paid as per the rate in Article 26.05 (a) for work performed or in some other mutually agreeable arrangement between the Board and the Bargaining Unit. (c) In the event that the Administration or Supervisor/Site Coordinator changes the time sheet after submission by a teacher, a copy of the changed sheet will be given to the teacher by the person who make the change.

Salaries and Wage Rates. (i) The salaries and wage rates for teachers employed at a Board site in Adult Day School (ADS) during eligible hours, as advised by the Joint Central Committee: Adult Day School Teachers (ADS), which are defined as hours worked as an ADS teacher delivering credit courses for adult students between 8:00 am to 5:00 pm on a school day during the regular school year are: (ii) Hours worked and paid in accordance with 26.05 (a) (i), above, will count for teaching experience for placement and movement only on the above ADS grid in accordance with articles 6.02. 6.03 and 6.06.   • CLASSIFICATIONS AND WAGE RATES A current list of Field job classifications and applicable wage rates for the Nevada Irrigation District are set forth in the District Wage Schedule.

  • SALARIES AND WAGES Contractor and any subcontractors must pay all salaries and wages due all employees performing Services under this Contract unconditionally and at least once a month without deduction or rebate on any account, except only for those payroll deductions that are mandatory by law or are permitted under applicable law and regulations. If in the performance of this Contract Contractor underpays any such salaries or wages, the Comptroller for the City may withhold, out of payments due to Contractor, an amount sufficient to pay to employees underpaid the difference between the salaries or wages required to be paid under this Agreement and the salaries or wages actually paid these employees for the total number of hours worked. The amounts withheld may be disbursed by the Comptroller for and on account of Contractor to the respective employees to whom they are due. The parties acknowledge that this paragraph is solely for the benefit of the City and that it does not grant any third party beneficiary rights.

  • Wage Rates Contractor shall post a copy of the wage rates at the job site and shall pay the adopted prevailing wage rates as a minimum. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 1773 of the Labor Code of the State of California, the Board of Supervisors has obtained the general prevailing rate of per diem wages and the general prevailing rate for holiday and overtime work in this locality for each craft, classification, or type of xxxxxxx needed to execute this Contract from the Director of the Department of Industrial Relations. These rates are on file with the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors. Copies may be obtained at cost at the office of County's OC Public Works/OC Facilities & Asset Management/A&E Project Management or visit the website of the Department of Industrial Relations, Prevailing Wage Unit at xxx.xxx.xx.xxx/XXXX/XXX. The Contractor shall comply with the provisions of Sections 1774, 1775, 1776 and 1813 of the Labor Code.

  • Supported wage rates Employees to whom this clause applies shall be paid the applicable percentage of the minimum rate of pay prescribed by this Agreement for the class of work which the person is performing according to the following schedule: * (Provided that the minimum amount payable shall be not less than $45 per week). Where a person’s assessed capacity is 10%, they shall receive a high degree of assistance and support.

  • Overtime Rates All overtime hours shall be compensated at the rate of time and one- half (1-1/2).

  • WAGE RATES AND CLASSIFICATIONS Classifications and the hourly wage rates applicable thereto are contained in the Appendices attached to and forming part of this Agreement.

  • Wage Rate The hourly rates for full-time junior and adult apprentices as set out in this agreement shall apply to school based apprentices except that the school based apprentice for pay purposes will be paid a further 25% of hours to the actual hours worked for off the job training.

  • Overhead Rates The Engineer shall use the provisional overhead rate indicated in Attachment E. If a periodic escalation of the provisional overhead rate is specified in Attachment E, the effective date of the revised provisional overhead rate must be included. For lump sum contracts, the overhead rate remains unchanged for the entire contract period.

  • Salaries and Fees of Officers The Manager shall pay all salaries, expenses, and fees of the officers and directors of the Corporation who are affiliated with the Manager.

  • PREVAILING WAGE RATES The contractor shall comply with prevailing wage rates as defined by the United States Department of Labor Xxxxx-Xxxxx Wage Determination at xxxx://xxx.xxx.xxx/whd/contracts/dbra.htm and at the Wage Determinations website xxx.xxxx.xxx for Xxxxxx County, Texas (WD-2509).
