Shared staff are not expected to teach equal numbers of classes in each building, and their class load and planning time will be commensurate with any other full-time teacher in each building as specified in this Agreement. In addition, disputes between the buildings over shared staff regarding schedule, planning time, meetings, or any other issue will be handled by the assistant superintendent, with the full right to the grievance process as described in this Agreement.
