Sick Days and Personal Days. The Executive shall be entitled to sick and personal days off in accordance with the Company’s usual policies as set forth in the Company’s Employee Handbook as in effect on the Effective Date, as the same may be amended from time to time.
Sick Days and Personal Days. Employee shall be entitled to twelve (12) sick days and three (3) personal days annually. Unused sick days are accumulated in the ensuing years. Employee shall be compensated for her unused sick days earned at Allamuchy School District only when she retires from the district per sick day payout provisions in this contract. Any personal days not used at the end of the school year shall be paid at the rate of 1/260 of the annual salary and/or converted to sick days Spouse, Parent, Parent-in-Law, Brother/Sister, Child, Grandchild, person living in employee's home for minimum of one (1) year. Sick Days and Personal Days. You shall be entitled to compensation for sick days and personal day in accordance with NEBT policy.
Sick Days and Personal Days. (i) The Assistant Superintendent shall be entitled to 15 paid sick days annually and shall be entitled to 5 days annually for personal days which convert to sick days if unused. The total amount of sick time (including unused personal days that have been converted to sick days) that may be added for any one year to the accumulative sick day bank may not exceed 15 days in accordance with 18A:30- 7.
(ii) Upon retirement, the Assistant Superintendent shall be entitled to remuneration for unused accumulated sick days at his per diem rate at the time of his retirement in an amount: (a) not to exceed $15,000.00; or (b) up to 100 accumulated unused sick days (the number of days so accumulated as of June 8, 2007, the effective date of N.J.S.A. 18A:30-3.5 (P.L. 2007, c. 92)); capped at the TREA maximum in effect as of the date of retirement; whichever is greater whichever is greater.
(iii) If payment is made pursuant to section (ii)(b), above, payment shall be subject to the contract provisions contained in the Administrative and Supervisory Council contract in effect at the time of the Assistant Superintendent’s retirement.
Sick Days and Personal Days may take sick or personal days without losing pay, for situations involving her own illness or due to family emergencies. promises to notify as soon as possible if she thinks she may not be able to work due to illness or family emergency. Rather than specify a maximum number of sick days or personal days that may receive, simply ask to use her best judgement in this regard and not abuse the privilege.

Sick Days and Personal Days. (a) A temporary employee, who has been employed for a minimum of six (6) continuous months shall be entitled to two (2) paid sick leave credits plus two (2) paid personal days effective on the first day of the seventh (7th) month of employment. Thereafter, sick and personal days shall be credited on January 1st of each calendar year.
(b) Accumulated sick leave and personal days have no value on termination of employment.
(c) There is no annual carry-over of any of the paid days of leave in accordance with the Employment Standards Act, sick or personal days noted above.
Sick Days and Personal Days will earn sick leave at one (1) day per month and may accumulate up to four hundred (400) total sick leave hours.

For all employees hired before the signing of this Agreement, the following will apply and at no time can this section be changed without each member of this initial group agreeing to make such change. Section 1a shall apply to newly hired members who are hired after this Agreement is signed.
