The two [2] janitors will begin work one half [½] hour prior to the beginning of normal work hours and end work one half [½] hour before the end of normal work hours. In case the janitor is absent for one [1] full day or more, the Company will temporarily transfer another employee to the janitor’s job. The Company agrees that up to the time the reorganization is completed a janitor will be on the third shift. Due to the reduced workload on this shift the janitor may be reassigned to the attendant classification within the plant on this shift after completing his janitorial duties. The temporary transfer twenty [20] day limited will not apply to this classification on the third shift. After the transition a re-evaluation of the requirements and needs of this classification on the third shift will be completed to determine if there is a need for the third janitor.
