Sunday Premium Pay. An employee who is required to work a scheduled tour, any period of which falls between midnight Saturday and midnight Sunday, shall be paid Sunday Premium Pay. Sunday Premium Pay is one-half (½) time extra for the time worked in this period except that where the employee has not been given 48 hours notice of such work she shall be paid double time for all time worked up to the basic hours of work for that day.
Sunday Premium Pay. A non-exempt employee required to work on a Sunday (and such Sunday is not part of the employee's regular workweek) shall be compensated at two (2) times his/her basic hourly rate of pay for all hours worked on such day. No overtime pay will be given in addition to the Sunday premium pay.

Sunday Premium Pay. Effective upon ratification, premium pay of $2.50 an hour shall be paid to all employees who work on Sunday.
Sunday Premium Pay. All employees who work on Sunday shall receive, in addition to their straight-time hourly rate, a premium of one ($1.00) dollar per hour for each hour worked on Sunday.

A regular Full-time Associate who is required to work on Sunday as part of their normal work week shall be paid for the hours worked by that Associate or for seven and one-half (7.5) hours, whichever is more. (This will not result in an Associate being reduced from Full-time.)
2. Sunday work is strictly voluntary and shall be offered according to seniority. Associates not volunteering for Sunday work shall maintain the right to claim hours of work according to their seniority. If the Company has insufficient volunteers for Sunday scheduling, the Company reserves the right to schedule Associates by reverse order of seniority, provided the Associate has the ability to perform the work required.
