Temporary Employees - Seniority. A temporary employee shall not accumulate seniority unless the temporary employee becomes a regular employee in which case seniority will revert back to the first day in the Temporary Position.

Confirm that the attainment of seniority may either occur by completing the probationary period or that it may occur separately through work as a temporary employee. Clarify standard for discharge during before obtaining seniority and in probation.
