TIME & ATTENDANCE. Supervisors will continue to certify time and attend- ance for telework employees. Employees are required to maintain time and attendance logs for periods covered at the alternate site. Failure to submit time and attendance logs by close of business of the last Friday of each pay period is a breach of the Telework Agreement. P. SAFETY & WORKERS’ COMPENSATION ACT. The Agency encourages teleworkers to adopt a proactive approach to ensuring safe alternative worksites and safe work habits. Maintaining a safe home office or other alternative worksite is the teleworker’s responsibility. To ensure a safe environment, the employee should be aware of the safety considerations, including those found on the tele- xxxx.xxx website. While teleworking and conducting official duties from an alternative worksite, Agency employees are covered, as appropriate, by the follow- ing for incidents connected with Agency employment duties: (a) Federal Tort Claims Act (FTCA), 28 U.S.C. § 171; and (b) Federal Employees’ Compensation Act (FECA), 5 U.S.C. § 81. The Government is not liable for damages to the em- ployee’s personal or real property while the employee is working at the approved alternative worksite, except to the extent the Government is liable under the FTCA. The employee is covered by FECA when injured or suffering from work- related illnesses while conducting official Government business. If an injury oc- curs, the employee must notify the supervisor immediately, provide details of the incident or injury, and complete Department of Labor Form CA-1, Federal Notice of Traumatic Injury and Claim for Continuation of Pay/Compensation.

TIME & ATTENDANCE. Supervisors will continue to certify time and attendance for flexiplace employees. Employees are required to maintain T&A logs for periods covered at the Flexiplace site. Failure to submit T&A logs by close of business of the last Friday of each pay- period is a breach of the flexiplace agreement.
TIME & ATTENDANCE. 23.08 a) The Company will issue each employee an “Identification Key Fob/Security Access Card” which is registered by the Human Resources department, and each associate will sign for the receipt of their key fob/security access card. Only the associate to whom the key fob/security access card is issued is allowed to use it for the sole purpose for which it is intended. Associates must not allow their key fob/security access card to be used by another individual. Should an associate lose their initial key fob/security access card, it will be replaced at no cost, however should subsequent key fob/security access cards require replacement due to misuse or loss, the associate will be charged five dollars ($5.00) for the third replacement, seven dollars ($7.00) for the fourth replacement, and ten ($10.00) dollars thereafter for any further replacements. Such charges will depend on the frequency of loss over a given period of time. Defective or damaged key fob/security access cards will be replaced at no charge provided the defect or damage is not due to misuse. Misuse may result in discipline up to and including discharge. Lost or stolen Identification Key Fob/Security Access Cards must be reported to Human Resources or Security immediately.
TIME & ATTENDANCE. Section 1. The Employer is responsible for posting all Employee work schedules in the Employer’s electronic scheduling system (i.e., Dayforce). The Employer shall endeavor to provide access to functioning computers and internet at each work facility for Employee use. Employee schedules and timesheets shall also be viewable on time clocks provided by the Employer at each location. It is the Employee’s responsibility to keep track of his/her/their schedule in the Employer’s electronic scheduling system.
TIME & ATTENDANCE. HAKC may schedule Progress Meetings during the first and third week of every calendar month during which Work is performed. The Contractor shall attend such Progress Meetings. The Contract shall require its Subcontractors to attend such meetings at HAKC's request.

  • Time and Attendance Proper monitoring and certification of employee work time is necessary for a Telework program to be successful. Supervisors must review and ensure that you are paid only for hours worked, and that appropriate leave is used for absences during scheduled work hours. Supervisors must take those steps necessary to ensure that Teleworkers are working when scheduled, such as regular reviews of work, regular update calls with employees and other methods of tracking performance. Supervisors will be responsible for the pre-approval of overtime and work schedule changes.

  • Attendance Use best efforts to attend scheduled meetings of Company’s Board of Directors;

  • Meeting Attendance The Contractor shall attend such meetings of the Town relative to the Scope of Work set forth in Exhibit A as may be requested by the Town. Any requirement made by the named representatives of the Town shall be given with reasonable notice to the Contractor so that a representative may attend.

  • Court Attendance Any employee covered by this Agreement who may be required to attend any commission, court or hearing, to give evidence in any case, civil or criminal respecting the hotel in which they are employed, shall be compensated at the same hourly rate as called for in this Agreement, with a minimum of four (4) hours pay.

  • Conference Attendance Effective October 1, 1996, unit employees shall be entitled to up to four (4) days administrative leave of absence within any two consecutive fiscal years subject to the following conditions:

  • Perfect Attendance Regular full-time employees, who do not utilize any sick leave in pay periods 1 through 26 consecutively (or 27 when applicable) and who do not record any sick leave without pay, absent without pay, Medical Emergency Leave, or military leave during those consecutive pay periods shall be reimbursed up to a maximum of $299 for an annual individual (employee only) health club membership. Health club membership cost must be incurred and submitted for reimbursement within a reasonable period of time from when it was awarded. In lieu of the reimbursement, the employee has the option of utilizing sixteen (16) hours of perfect attendance leave, no cash-out provision, from the pay period the perfect attendance leave is credited to the employee’s leave balances until the end of pay period 26 (or 27 when applicable) of that year. Failure to utilize perfect attendance leave by pay period 26 (or 27 when applicable) of the year in which it was credited to the employee’s leave balances or if an employee is appointed to a position in an occupational unit that does not contain a perfect attendance leave provision shall result in forfeiture of the same.

  • PAYMENT FOR MEETING ATTENDANCE 17.01 When the Employer requires an employee to be present at a meeting called by the Employer during the employee's scheduled working hours, time spent at such meeting shall be considered as time worked.

  • Attendance at Meetings Employees designated as shop stewards or official representatives of the Union shall be allowed to attend meetings held by County agencies during regular working hours on County time as follows:

  • Employee Attendance at Staff Meetings (a) Where an employee is directed by the Employer to attend a staff meeting during their regular working hours, the employee shall be compensated at their regular hourly rate for the time spent in such attendance.

  • Attendance Bonus Employees are eligible for an attendance bonus when every shift is satisfactorily worked throughout the monthly schedule period and no changes are requested in the schedule by the employee except for trading shifts as provided for in Article 13.4.4 or utilizing unpaid union leave. To qualify, a minimum of 130 compensated hours must have been worked during the qualifying period. The bonus will be an additional twenty-five ($0.25) per hour on only the hours worked in the qualifying period.
