Training and Exercises. Projects in this category involve training exercises with any field-based components, such as drills or full-scale exercises. Complete Section C.2.
Training and Exercises. Maintain a thorough knowledge of the Parties’ and OA’s EOPs and ensure that the supporting services and key personnel are properly trained and organized to meet all of their responsibilities in the event of an emergency. Conduct regular exercises and participate in regional exercises, when offered.
Training and Exercises. If the training is classroom and discussion-based only, and is not field-based, this form does not need to be completed and submitted.

Training and Exercises a. During any Service Period and when required by the Member the Contractor will make the Aircraft available to participate in training exercises.
b. Where the Contractor provides the Aircraft for training exercises during the Service Period the Contractor and the Member may mutually agree on a revised Contract Price applicable to the training exercise.
c. During any Service Period and when required by the Member the Contractor will make the Aircraft available to participate in simulation exercises, without reasonable prior notice, for the purposes of:
i. training of the Member’s personnel; or
ii. checking conformance of the Aircraft, the Flight Crew and the Crewpersons to the Contract requirements; or
iii. generally ensuring that the Services are provided to the satisfaction of the Member.
d. Where the Member requires participation in a simulation exercise during a Service Period without providing reasonable prior notice then payments will be made to the Contractor as if the exercise was an actual Aerial Firefighting task.
e. Outside of the Service Period and when required by the Member the Contractor will reasonably endeavour to make available the Aircraft for participation in exercises to train the Member’s personnel.
f. Where the Contractor provides the Aircraft for training exercises outside of a Service Period the Contractor and the Member may mutually agree on a revised Contract Price applicable to the training exercise.
g. Where no other specific agreement is reached between the Contractor and the Member on the Contract Price applicable to training exercises, the Contract Price specified in Schedule 3 will apply.
h. The Contractor is obliged to meet training, skills maintenance and currency requirements, including associated costs, for the Contractor’s Personnel in any existing or newly introduced and/or development course NAFC considers relevant and necessary for the continued safe, reliable and efficient execution of the Services required under this Contract.
Training and Exercises. (1) The CDEM Group will undertake to fund and co-ordinate appropriate exercises for the Response Teams each year.
(2) The CDEM Group will co-ordinate training for all response teams where the training adds to the capability of the teams in being able to respond to events in line with the region hazard scape and for economies of scale
(3) The Response Team Sponsor will ensure that the Response Team undertakes its own training and exercises to maintain skills and competencies.

Training and Exercises. Assure training and exercises within the SUBDIVISION and Operational Area, maintain a thorough knowledge of the Operational Area Emergency Plan and ensure that the supporting services and key personnel are properly trained and organized to meet all of their responsibilities in the event of an emergency.
Training and Exercises. The Sub-Recipient shall develop and maintain a Multi-Year Training and Exercise Plan (MYTEP) that identifies a combination of exercises and associated training requirements that address priorities identified in the TEPW and builds from training gaps identified in the county assessment process. Training activities must enhance the capabilities of emergency management personnel, including establishing, supporting, conducting, and attending training deliveries. Training activities should align to a current, MYTEP developed through an annual Training and Exercise Plan Workshop (TEPW) and should reflect efforts to address training capabilities gaps. Exercises play a vital role in national preparedness by enabling whole community stakeholders to test and validate plans and capabilities, and identify both capability gaps and areas for improvement. Exercises also test capabilities, familiarize emergency management personnel with roles and responsibilities, and xxxxxx meaningful interaction and communication across organizations. Exercises bring together and strengthen the whole community in its efforts to prevent, protect against, mitigate, respond to, and recover from all hazards. Exercises conducted with grant funds should test and evaluate performance towards meeting capability targets established in a jurisdiction’s THIRA for the core capabilities needed to address its greatest risks. Exercise priorities should align to a current, Multi-Year TEP developed through an annual TEPW. • Provide the percentage of completed training and exercise activities listed on the current MYTEP (due each quarter); • Update the County 2021-2023 MYTEP by April 30, 2020 (due 4th quarter); • Provide sign in sheet or certificate of participation in at least three (3) exercises for funded EMPG personnel during the period of performance (due 2nd through 4th quarter)
Training and Exercises. Training
1. HCPH staff will be trained according to the standards established in the Multiyear Training and Exercise Plan (TEP) and the HCPH Workforce Development Plan.
2. At the minimum, all employees will receive introductory NIMS training and ICS (IS-100 and IS-700) within the first 6 months of hiring.
3. Employees with identified command and general staff roles will require advanced training (IS-200, IS-300, IS-400 and IS-800). Further training may be required as new procedures are developed.
4. All upper level management, Division Directors/Supervisors and employees who will serve a role in ICS will be provided DOC Training by the Emergency Preparedness Program.
5. HCPH’s training and exercise programs are administered by the EP Program in coordination with the local emergency response agencies. The TEP helps prepare HCPH to optimally address both the natural and technical hazards that it faces.
6. The Multiyear TEP is a living document that will be updated and refined annually. The Multiyear TEP provides a roadmap for HCPH to follow in accomplishing the priorities described by XXX. Each priority is linked to a corresponding National Priority, and, if applicable, an Improvement Plan (IP) action.
7. Included in the Multiyear TEP is the training and exercise schedule, which provides graphic illustration of the proposed activities, scheduled over a 5-year period. It is representative of the natural progression of training and exercises that should take place in accordance with the building-block approach.
8. HCPH will work with ODH, Ohio Emergency Management Agency, Xxxxxxxx County EMHSA, local police and fire as well other partners to assure that as trainings become available through these and other partners and stakeholders; that HCPH will facilitate those applicable trainings to staff, volunteers and others. Training will additionally be conducted in conjunction with exercise of the Plan. The Plan shall be activated at least once a year in the form of a simulated emergency to provide practical controlled operational experience to those individuals who have emergency response roles.
Training and Exercises. 5.1. Training, workshops or exercises shall be coordinated to best serve the Regional Emergency Management Collective’s current needs and capacities to ensure continued development.
5.2. The Regional Director shall conduct municipal interviews with select staff to gain insight and knowledge surrounding current baselines for the creation of a regional training syllabus to be presented and approved by the Agency.
5.3. Each Party shall make available staff rosters and organizational charts for the Regional Director’s review to determine appropriate members for training and exercises.
5.4. Each Party shall make staff members available for contact, training, and exercise on a basis that is considered responsible.
5.5. Tabletop, functional, and full-scale exercises shall be conducted on a basis to adhere to legislative requirements and may be completed regionally, or for each municipality.
