Travelling Conditions. For pay purposes, employees engaged only in travelling shall be credited with all time consumed when travelling on an assignment of the Company, except as provided in Article 11.4. Such time will be computed: (a) from the scheduled time of the carrier's departure, when the employee leaves from the employee's home for travel by common carrier; (b) from the assigned hour of departure from the employee's home when the employee travels by automobile direct to the assignment; (c) from the time the employee leaves the normal place of employment when the employee reports there before proceeding to travel; (d) from the assigned hour of departure from the lodging used by the employee. 11.3.1 Return Time - Time credited for the return journey under the above conditions will be computed in the same manner.

(c) From the assigned hour of departure from their lodging when and Employee is using overnight accommodation. 25.2 Time credited from the return journey under the above conditions will be computed in the same manner. 25.3 The Company agrees to maintain adequate liability insurance on all vehicles owned or leased by the Company which it might request an Employee to drive. Accidents involving other vehicles or property must be reported to police to establish which driver, if any, is at fault. All accidents should be reported in writing to Supervisors at the earliest possible opportunity. The driver will be responsible to pay the five hundred dollars ($500.00) deductible when the vehicle is damaged during personal use by the driver. 25.4 When an Employee is required to work at a studio or remote location other than their normal place of employment, they shall be credited with all the time consumed in transit between such normal place of employment and any other studio or remote location and return. 25.5 When an Employee travels on a day off or legal holiday on which no work is performed, payment will be made according to the formula outlined in Article 13 (with a minimum credit if four (4) hours for the hours spent traveling excluding delays due to circumstances by the control of the Employer or Employee (e.g. extraordinary interruption). 25.6 Any employee who works beyond 22:00 hours shall be provided with free taxi fare when no other form of personal transportation is available.
