UGeneral Provisions. A. The DESIGN SECTION ENGINEER shall perform all design section engineering services for Contract No. <<Contract No.>> for <<Work to be done/location>> in accordance with the requirements and terms of this Agreement, the above-numbered Professional Services Bulletin, and the proposal from the DESIGN SECTION ENGINEER of <<Date of proposal>>, attached hereto and made a part hereof as Exhibit "1". With respect to any inconsistency or conflict between the terms of this Agreement and the proposal (Exhibit "1"), the following order of precedence shall govern:

The CONSTRUCTION MANAGER shall perform all construction management services for Contract No. <<Contract No.>> for <<Work to be done/location>> in accordance with the requirements and terms of this Agreement, the above-numbered Professional Services Bulletin, and the proposal from the CONSTRUCTION MANAGER of <<Date of proposal>>, attached hereto and made a part hereof as Exhibit "1". With respect to any inconsistency or conflict between the terms of this Agreement and the proposal (Exhibit "1"), the following order of precedence shall govern: 1. This Agreement 2. The Proposal 3. The Professional Services Bulletin.
UGeneral Provisions. Except as modified or changed herein, all terms, provisions and conditions contained in the original agreement between the TOLLWAY and the DESIGN SECTION ENGINEER dated <<Date of Original Agreement>> ("Original Agreement") and commonly referred to as Contract No. <<Contract No.>>, shall govern this agreement and be in full force and effect, however, any changes to multipliers, unit costs, prices and/or rates of compensation shall only be applied to Services rendered solely under this Supplement pursuant to changes in the scope of work. The supplemental proposal attached as Exhibit “1" is hereby made a part of this Supplemental Agreement. UARTICLE II
UGeneral Provisions. 1. The MCP agrees to implement program modifications as soon as reasonably possible or no later than the required effective date, in response to changes in applicable state and federal laws and regulations.

The text of this written Agreement and any amendments approved by the City Council and executed by the City and the Administrator constitute the entire understanding between the parties with respect to the employment of Xxxxxx X. Xxxxxxx as the City Administrator of the City of Lewiston.
UGeneral Provisions. 1. Holidays and paid sick leave shall be included as work time for purposes of determining overtime for all departments.
