UNIFORM ALLOTMENT. The initial and annual standard uniform items issued to bargaining unit employees.
UNIFORM ALLOTMENT. The Corporation shall provide a uniform allotment to each full-time and part-time Paramedic and Systems Status Controller, by establishing and maintaining a quartermaster system of uniform issuance as outlined in Appendix ‘A’, for the duration of this Collective Agreement.
UNIFORM ALLOTMENT. Section 21.01. The City shall furnish all authorized uniforms and equipment to uniformed personnel. All items furnished by the City shall be returned to the City upon termination of the Employee’s employment.
Section 21.02. The City shall be responsible for furnishing and dry cleaning of each sworn Employee uniform on a regular basis.
Section 21.03. All non-uniformed Employees, (Detectives) shall receive, in lieu of the uniform allotment above-described, clothing allowance in the amount of $45.00 per pay period during the period this Agreement remains in effect. Additionally all Detectives will receive one (1) full summer and one (1) full winter uniform.
UNIFORM ALLOTMENT. 9.2.1 The uniform allocation for new hires shall consist of four (4) pairs of uniform trousers and four (4) uniform shirts and all required leather gear, including but not limited to, inner duty belt, outer duty belt, duty holster, handcuff case, and magazine pouch. One (1) winter coat shall be issued upon initial employment and subsequently replaced every five (5) years thereafter.
9.2.2 Each calendar year after the employee’s year of hire, each employee shall be issued a uniform allotment voucher worth the equivalent of the value of two (2) pairs of uniform trousers and two (2) long-sleeve uniform shirts, as determined by the prices specified in the current uniform supply contract obtained through the City’s bidding process, which may be used by the employee to acquire replacement uniform trousers, shirts, belts, shoes or other uniform attire from the Department or approved vendor. There shall not be any cash payment to the employee for any unused portion of the uniform voucher, nor shall any unused voucher amount be carried over to the next calendar year.
UNIFORM ALLOTMENT. All employees will be entitled to receive $330 each year for the duration of the agreement payable May 1st. This allowance will be paid out in the first pay period in May. The Company will supply either a bomber jacket or parka jacket on a "replacement where need is demonstrated" basis for the following job classifications:
1. Engineers
2. Maintenance
3. Posted forklift warehousemen & shipper/receivers
4. Posted local delivery drivers 5. Relief forklift The Company will supply coveralls on a "replacement where need is demonstrated" basis for the following job classifications:
UNIFORM ALLOTMENT. 11-2.01. The Company shall provide the initial uniform for new-hire Pilots. The initial new-hire uniform allotment shall be as follows: -Shirts: Five (5)
UNIFORM ALLOTMENT. All current employees and new hires shall receive an initial uniform and equipment allotment, as set forth in “Appendix D,” attached hereto and made a part of this Agreement, at no cost to the employee. In the event the Town or Police Chief requires additional uniforms and/or equipment, the Town shall provide, at no cost to the employee, those articles. Thereafter, those articles shall become part of “Appendix D” for issue to new and existing employees. All equipment issued by the Town shall be returned to the Town upon the employee’s separation from service. In the event the employee does not return his/her equipment, the employee’s last paycheck shall have that amount deducted for replacement, and in the event that paycheck is insufficient based on fair market replacement, the employee shall be required to pay the Town the balance due. All uniforms and equipment shall be replaced by the Town based on a normal wear and tear basis.
UNIFORM ALLOTMENT. All custodians, maintenance employees, and mechanics shall be provided uniforms.
18.2.1 After the completion of the probationary period, the Board will provide three (3) uniforms for all newly employed building custodians and building maintenance personnel. Thereafter, three (3) uniforms and two (2) t-shirts will be provided each year. Non-building maintenance personnel will also be provided two (2) t-shirts each year. Employees shall wear these uniforms/t-shirts while on duty.
18.2.2 Mechanics and non-building maintenance personnel will be provided a uniform service which will provide five (5) clean uniforms per week. Such employees shall wear these uniforms while on duty.
UNIFORM ALLOTMENT. 1. The Employer shall provide a uniform allotment to each full-time and part-time Emergency Communications Nurse, by establishing and maintaining a quartermaster system of uniform issuance as outlined below, for the duration of this Collective Agreement. Full-time ECN Staff Six (6) shirts, four (4) pairs of tactical pants, four (4) pairs of epaulette sleeves, one
(1) winter hat, one (1) pair of safety footwear, one (1) belt, one (1) sweater, one (1) spring/fall jacket, one (1) pair of gloves. Part-time ECN Staff Five (5) shirts, four (4) pairs of tactical pants, two (2) pairs of epaulette sleeves, one
(1) winter hat, one (1) pair of safety footwear, one (1) belt, one (1) sweater, one (1) spring/fall jacket, one (1) pair of gloves When a part-time staff member becomes full-time, they will be entitled to the differential of full-time annual allotment.
2. On an annual basis worn out, improperly sized or irreparably damaged items shall be exchanged on a one-for-one basis through the quartermaster system of uniform allotment; however exchange shall be no greater than the allotment as outlined above. It is also understood that items may be exchanged on an exception basis if they are worn out or irreparably damaged. Employees may be responsible for replacement cost if damage or wear on the items is not the result of normal work related wear and tear.
3. This provision is subject to modification based on recommendations of the NEMS Uniform and Health and Safety Committees and approval by the Corporation.
UNIFORM ALLOTMENT. The employer shall supply each employee with the uniform clothing and equipment necessary for assumption of his duties with the employer. Following the distribution or this uniform clothing and equipment, it shall be maintained, repaired and replaced as necessary by the individual employee.
