UNIFORM ALLOTMENT Sample Clauses
The Uniform Allotment clause establishes a consistent method for distributing shares, resources, or benefits among parties according to predetermined criteria. In practice, this means that each party receives an equal or proportionate share, regardless of external factors or individual circumstances; for example, shareholders might each receive the same number of new shares in a stock split. The core function of this clause is to ensure fairness and predictability in allocation, preventing disputes and confusion over how assets or entitlements are divided.
