UNION/INDUSTRY ADVANCEMENT FUND. 2.24.01 The Union/Industry Advancement Fund shall be for the enhancement of all persons dependent upon any industry represented by the Union.
2.24.02 The Company shall make contributions of ten cents ($0.10) per credit hour for which wages are payable hereunder for each employee covered by this Collective Agreement.
2.24.03 Payment of said funds shall be made to the Union/Industry Advancement Fund by the 15th of the month following that to which they refer.
2.24.04 This payment will be independent and separate from any other payment made to the Union.
UNION/INDUSTRY ADVANCEMENT FUND. The Teamsters Union/Industry Advancement Fund shall be for the enhancement of all persons dependent upon any industry represented by the Teamsters. Effective January 1, 2001, the Employer shall make contributions of five cents (5¢) per hour for which wages are payable hereunder, for each employee covered by this Collective Agreement. Payment of said funds shall be made to the appropriate Teamsters Local Union/Industry Advancement Fund by the fifteenth (15th) of the month following that to which they refer. This payment will be independent and separate from any other payment made to the appropriate Locals.

The Teamsters Advancement Fund shall be for the enhancement of all persons dependent upon any industry represented by the Effective January the Employer shall make contributions of five cents per hour for which wages are payable hereunder, for each employee covered by this Collective Agreement. Payment of said funds shall be made to the appropriate Teamsters Local Advancement Fund by the fifteenth 5th) of the month following that to which they refer. UNION/INDUSTRY ADVANCEMENT FUND. The Employer shall make contributions at the rate of five cents ($0.05) per hour worked for each employee covered by this agreement to a maximum of one hundred and (157.5) hours per month. Payment shall be made the Teamsters Local No. Advancement Fund by the fifteenth (15th) of the month following that to which they refer. The Company will provide one bulletin board for the Union with lockable glass doors where proper notices of direct interest to employees may be posted.
UNION/INDUSTRY ADVANCEMENT FUND. The Teamsters Local No. 31 Union / Industry Advancement Fund shall be for the enhancement of all persons dependant upon any industry represented by Teamsters Local Union No.
UNION/INDUSTRY ADVANCEMENT FUND. Effective June 1, 1995 the Employer shall make contributions of five cents (5¢) per hour paid on a scheduled straight time basis for each employee covered by this Agreement. Payments will be made to the Union Industry Advancement Fund as follows: January 1996 for hours as defined above worked between June 1, 1995 and December 31, 1995 and subsequently each year. July: for hours as defined above worked between January and June January: for hours as defined above worked between July and December These payments will be independent and separate from any other payments made to Teamsters Local Union No. 31.

The Union have informed the Company that the employees have agreed to have the Company make the following deduction from each employee's pay, and the Company agrees that it will deduct five cents (5¢) per straight time hour worked from all employees wages, and will remit the amount monthly to the Local Union as employee contributions to the Union Industry Advancement Fund. Payment of said funds shall be made to the Teamsters Local Union/Industry Advancement Fund by the fifteenth (15th) of the month following that to which they refer. This payment will be independent and separate from any other payment made to the Local Union. These funds assist in the administration of the Local Union. Therefore, the total amount will be added to the yearly dues amount, and included in the total for T-4 purposes. The Company may establish a work week consisting of four (4) ten (10) hour days. Employees working such schedule between Monday and Friday will be subject to twenty five cents ($0.25) per hour premium. Overtime will be payable at two (2) times the standard rate of pay for all hours in excess of ten (10) hours in a day. Employees working the four (4) days work week in between Monday and Friday inclusive, must have Saturday and Sunday as their regular days off, and a third (3rd) day off as designated by the Company. Where the four (4) ten (10) hour shifts include Saturday and/or Sunday, the shifts may have different start times for each day, however there must be no less than ten (10) hours rest (off duty) between each shift. UNION/INDUSTRY ADVANCEMENT FUND. The Teamsters Local No. 31 Union/Industry Advancement Fund shall be for the enhancement of all persons dependent upon any industry represented by Teamsters Local Union No. 31. The Employer shall make contributions of five cents ($.05) per hour up to a maximum one hundred and sixty-eight (168) hours per month payable hereunder for each employee and dependent contractor covered by this Collective Agreement. Payment of said funds shall be made to the Teamsters Local No. 31 Union/Industry Advancement Fund by the 15th of the month following that to which they refer. This payment will be independent and separate from any other payment made to Teamsters Local Union No. 31. The Parties hereto agree to the following: The Company will guarantee eight (8) units in Vancouver, ten (10) on Vancouver Island, one (1) additional unit by December, 2005 in Vancouver, and one (1) additional unit in the year 2006. The one additional truck may be moved into areas as needed when there is a lack of work in Vancouver. On termination, retirement or quitting, said driver will be replaced on that truck. It is hereby agreed that until such time it has been negotiated and agreed to by both Parties, owner- operators are excluded from the Teamsters Master Employees Pension Plan. It is further agreed that time-sheets are not to be altered in any way by company personnel, without first consulting with drivers, ie. company or owner-operators.
