UNION/INDUSTRY ADVANCEMENT FUND. 2.24.01 The Union/Industry Advancement Fund shall be for the enhancement of all persons dependent upon any industry represented by the Union. 2.24.02 The Company shall make contributions of ten cents ($0.10) per credit hour for which wages are payable hereunder for each employee covered by this Collective Agreement. 2.24.03 Payment of said funds shall be made to the Union/Industry Advancement Fund by the 15th of the month following that to which they refer. 2.24.04 This payment will be independent and separate from any other payment made to the Union.

The one additional truck may be moved into areas as needed when there is a lack of work in Vancouver. On termination, retirement or quitting, said driver will be replaced on that truck. It is hereby agreed that until such time it has been negotiated and agreed to by both Parties, owner- operators are excluded from the Teamsters Master Employees Pension Plan. It is further agreed that time-sheets are not to be altered in any way by company personnel, without first consulting with drivers, ie. company or owner-operators.
