Union Representation 5. 4:01 (a) The Union shall elect or otherwise select a Union Committee composed of not more than four (4) employees. The employer will recognize the said Union Committee for the purpose of handling any grievances or bargaining on any matter properly arising from time to time during the continuance of the agreement including negotiations for or renewal of any Agreement. It is understood that modifications to the Collective Agreement during its term will not be made unless the Union Representative and Employer agree.
Union Representation 5. 01 The Company agrees that accredited Union Representatives shall have access to the Company premises upon reasonable notice to the Company and subject to the operational requirements.
