Value Add Services. ‌ Insurer may offer value-add services at no cost to FHKC or Enrollees. Insurer shall offer any value-add services proposed during the ITN process and listed in Attachment A. Insurer shall submit any proposed value-add services, including a description of the eligible population and any limitations, to FHKC for approval. Insurer must request and receive FHKC approval to discontinue any value-add services. Unless approved by FHKC in writing, value-add services shall be offered for at least one (1) complete Contract Year and shall not be discontinued during a Contract Year. Any value-add services proposed during the ITN and included in this Contract are considered material to the competitive ITN process. As such, Insurer shall not discontinue these value-add services without replacing the value-add service with an equivalent value-add service, subject to FHKC approval. An equivalent value-add service must be relevant to the Program and must be expected to fulfill similar needs for Enrollees regarding the number of Enrollees potentially impacted and the level of care. Requests for changes to value-add service shall be submitted to FHKC for consideration annually on July 1. Insurer shall provide Enrollees with notice of any value-add service changes at least ninety (90) Calendar Days in advance of such changes. If a value-added service is provided in lieu of a Covered Service or setting required in this Contract: a. Such service is subject to FHKC’s determination that the alternative service or setting is medically appropriate and cost effective; b. Enrollees are not required to use the alternative service or setting; c. The alternative services or setting are authorized and identified in this Contract; and d. The utilization and actual cost of the alternative services or setting are taken into account when developing the premium rates in accordance with 42 CFR 457.1201(e) and 42 CFR 438.3(e)(2)(iv). Insurer shall include all value-add services in Insurer’s Enrollee handbook.

Value Add Services. Value Add Services are those services provided by TRECA to its members as a benefit of membership and shall be provided at no additional cost to Big Walnut Local Schools. Value Add Services shall be subject to change and/or cancelation at any time at TRECA’s sole discretion. Current Value Add Services, any of which may or may not be subject to the terms and conditions evidenced by any associated statement of work (“SOW”), include, but are not limited to: 1. General educational technology integration consulting and assistance; 2. Fiscal data imports/exports, setup and processing; 3. W-2 Printing; 4. INFOhio basic package; 5. SIS Implementation; 6. SIS Hosting; 7. SIS Licensing Fees; 8. SIS Maintenance; 9. E-Rate Coordination; 10. Back-end IT support of all associated systems, filtering, firewall protection, test environments, bandwidth analysis and monitoring, and system updates; and 11. Discounted pricing on all other offered services including Professional Development.
Value Add Services. 10.2.1 For the purposes of this clause 10.2: Government Law Foundational Training includes training to provide instruction to in-house lawyers, particularly new lawyers or lawyers new to government, including on legal issues particular to government practice. This includes matters such as professional duties, administrative law and decision making, developing and working with legislation, advice writing, information and disclosure law, Commonwealth financial frameworks, governance and risk management, grants, procurement and government contracts, as well as practical legal skills, such as professional communication and the like. 10.2.2 The Legal Services Provider must provide AGD, when requested to do so: (a) the Value Add Services listed in Schedule 4 (Fees and Disbursements); and (b) up to 4 hours of training services each year in relation to Government Law Foundational Training. 10.2.3 Delivery methods for Government Law Foundational Training may include face-to-face delivery, online training, production of papers or a combination of these. 10.2.4 The Legal Services Provider must maintain records in relation to Value Add Services to demonstrate and report on delivery in accordance with the requirements of Schedule 7 (Performance Management Framework and Service Levels) and
Value Add Services. ‌ 8.1 In addition to the Value Add Services in clause 10.2, the Legal Services Provider agrees to provide the following additional Value Add Services.

Value Add Services. Customer may purchase the following Value Add Services for Premium Support for an additional fee: 1.3.a. Assured Support for Premium Support. Google will provide TSS for Assured Workloads (“Assured Support”) in accordance with the Customer-selected Admin Console controls. All Requests for Assured Support by Customer must be submitted via the “create case” option from within the Google Support Tool and include the project name (ID) in the project field, which corresponds to an Assured Workloads project. Google will provide Assured Support in the English language only. 1.3.b. Mission Critical Services (MCS). Google will provide a target initial response time of 5 minutes for P0 cases for operating environments that have been provisioned to support MCS, as noted in the table in Section 3 (Target Initial Response Times for Premium Support and Partner-Led Premium Support). Google will provide TSS for MCS in the English language only.

  • Cloud Services You will not intentionally (a) interfere with other customers’ access to, or use of, the Cloud Service, or with its security; (b) facilitate the attack or disruption of the Cloud Service, including a denial of service attack, unauthorized access, penetration testing, crawling, or distribution of malware (including viruses, trojan horses, worms, time bombs, spyware, adware, and cancelbots); (c) cause an unusual spike or increase in Your use of the Cloud Service that negatively impacts the Cloud Service’s operation; or (d) submit any information that is not contemplated in the applicable Documentation.

  • Beta Services From time to time, We may invite You to try Beta Services at no charge. You may accept or decline any such trial in Your sole discretion. Beta Services will be clearly designated as beta, pilot, limited release, developer preview, non-production, evaluation or by a description of similar import. Beta Services are for evaluation purposes and not for production use, are not considered “Services” under this Agreement, are not supported, and may be subject to additional terms. Unless otherwise stated, any Beta Services trial period will expire upon the earlier of one year from the trial start date or the date that a version of the Beta Services becomes generally available. We may discontinue Beta Services at any time in Our sole discretion and may never make them generally available. We will have no liability for any harm or damage arising out of or in connection with a Beta Service.

  • Telemedicine Services This plan covers clinically appropriate telemedicine services when the service is provided via remote access through an on-line service or other interactive audio and video telecommunications system in accordance with R.I. General Law § 27-81-1. Clinically appropriate telemedicine services may be obtained from a network or non- network provider, and from our designated telemedicine service provider. When you seek telemedicine services from our designated telemedicine service provider, the amount you pay is listed in the Summary of Medical Benefits. When you receive a covered healthcare service from a network or non-network provider via remote access, the amount you pay depends on the covered healthcare service you receive, as indicated in the Summary of Medical Benefits.   • Marketing Services The Manager shall provide advice and assistance in the marketing of the Vessels, including the identification of potential customers, identification of Vessels available for charter opportunities and preparation of bids.

  • Hospice Services Services are available for a Member whose Attending Physician has determined the Member's illness will result in a remaining life span of six months or less.

  • Information Services Traffic 5.1 For purposes of this Section 5, Voice Information Services and Voice Information Services Traffic refer to switched voice traffic, delivered to information service providers who offer recorded voice announcement information or open vocal discussion programs to the general public. Voice Information Services Traffic does not include any form of Internet Traffic. Voice Information Services Traffic also does not include 555 traffic or similar traffic with AIN service interfaces, which traffic shall be subject to separate arrangements between the Parties. Voice Information services Traffic is not subject to Reciprocal Compensation charges under Section 7 of the Interconnection Attachment. 5.2 If a D&E Customer is served by resold Verizon Telecommunications Service or a Verizon Local Switching UNE, subject to any call blocking feature used by D&E, to the extent reasonably feasible, Verizon will route Voice Information Services Traffic originating from such Service or UNE to the Voice Information Service platform. For such Voice Information Services Traffic, unless D&E has entered into an arrangement with Verizon to xxxx and collect Voice Information Services provider charges from D&E’s Customers, D&E shall pay to Verizon without discount the Voice Information Services provider charges. D&E shall pay Verizon such charges in full regardless of whether or not it collects such charges from its own Customers. 5.3 D&E shall have the option to route Voice Information Services Traffic that originates on its own network to the appropriate Voice Information Services platform(s) connected to Verizon’s network. In the event D&E exercises such option, D&E will establish, at its own expense, a dedicated trunk group to the Verizon Voice Information Service serving switch. This trunk group will be utilized to allow D&E to route Voice Information Services Traffic originated on its network to Verizon. For such Voice Information Services Traffic, unless D&E has entered into an arrangement with Verizon to xxxx and collect Voice Information Services provider charges from D&E’s Customers, D&E shall pay to Verizon without discount the Voice Information Services provider charges. 5.4 D&E shall pay Verizon such charges in full regardless of whether or not it collects charges for such calls from its own Customers. 5.5 For variable rated Voice Information Services Traffic (e.g., NXX 550, 540, 976, 970, 940, as applicable) from D&E Customers served by resold Verizon Telecommunications Services or a Verizon Local Switching Network Element, D&E shall either (a) pay to Verizon without discount the Voice Information Services provider charges, or (b) enter into an arrangement with Verizon to xxxx and collect Voice Information Services provider charges from D&E’s Customers. 5.6 Either Party may request the other Party provide the requesting Party with non discriminatory access to the other party’s information services platform, where such platform exists. If either Party makes such a request, the Parties shall enter into a mutually acceptable written agreement for such access. 5.7 In the event D&E exercises such option, D&E will establish, at its own expense, a dedicated trunk group to the Verizon Information Service serving switch. This trunk group will be utilized to allow D&E to route information services traffic originated on its network to Verizon.

  • Online Services Microsoft warrants that each Online Service will perform in accordance with the applicable SLA during Customer’s use. Customer’s remedies for breach of this warranty are described in the SLA.

  • Extra Services District-authorized services outside of the scope in Exhibit “A” or District-authorized reimbursables not included in Architect’s Fee.

  • EFT SERVICES If approved, you may conduct any one (1) or more of the EFT services offered by the Credit Union.
