Vehicle Records. COPY OF SERVICE/MAINTENANCE HISTORY AND EVIDENCE OF ANY FACTORY RECALL MODIFICATIONS COMPLETED SHALL BE SUPPLIED WITH EACH VEHICLE. ALL FACTORY RECALL MODIFICATIONS SHALL BE COMPLETED PRIOR TO DELIVERY. THE STATE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO INSPECT SERVICE RECORDS AND/OR THE VEHICLE PRIOR TO PURCHASE. INSPECTION: PRIOR TO DELIVERY, EACH VEHICLE SHALL BE COMPLETELY SERVICED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE MANUFACTURER'S STANDARD "USED VEHICLE DEALER PREPARATION SCHEDULE" CHECKLIST OR SIMILAR FORM. A FULL EXECUTED COPY OF THAT FORM SHALL ACCOMPANY THE DELIVERY OF EACH VEHICLE. IN ADDITION; EACH VEHICLE SHALL DISPLAY A CURRENT STATE SAFETY INSPECTION STICKER. . VEHICLES AND ALL EQUIPMENT SHALL COMPLY WITH ALL APPLICABLE FEDERAL AND STATE MOTOR VEHICLE OSHA, ICC, AND ANSI REGULATIONS, SAFETY STANDARD, CODES AND ANY OTHER REGULATION IN FORCE AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY. . THE STATE OF VERMONT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO HAVE AGENCY PERSONNEL OBSERVE AND INSPECT DEALER PREPARATION SERVICE PROCEDURES AT THE TIME IT IS BEING PERFORMED. Vehicle Records. Contractor shall keep and maintain maintenance records on vehicles and equipment used for this Agreement.
Vehicle Records. Stratford shall deliver all repairs orders as to Accepted Vehicles to Dollar at the time the Accepted Vehicles are delivered to Dollar.
Vehicle Records. The Lessee at its cost and expense shall maintain, or cause to be maintained, on a current basis, records which shall contain (a) the Specific Identification of each Vehicle, (b) a copy of the Manufacturer’s factory invoice for each Vehicle and (c) the certificate of title and registration for each Vehicle, it being understood that the certificates of title will be held by the Nominee in accordance with the Nominee Agreement. The Lessee agrees that it will keep the Lessor named as a secured party on the certificate of title to each Vehicle and will take all such other actions and file such documents and instruments as are necessary or reasonably requested by the Lessor to maintain the Lessor’s ownership of and perfected first priority security interest in each Vehicle, it being understood that title shall be in the name of the Nominee as stated in Section 7.2(a).
Vehicle Records. The CONTRACTOR shall provide Monthly Summary Reports to the Transportation Operations Supervisor of the CITY in conjunction with submittal of its monthly invoices for payment. The format to be used for operating reports and monthly summaries shall be developed by the CONTRACTOR and approved by the Transportation Operations Supervisor of the CITY. Said monthly reports shall be submitted no later than the 15th calendar day of the following month, as part of CONTRACTOR’S invoices for payment. Monthly report figures shall coincide with daily trip sheet totals for the month and shall be broken down on a weekly basis (from Sunday to Saturday). The CONTRACTOR shall certify as accurate all information given to the CITY.
