Wages - Schedule A. ‌ Each employee in the bargaining unit shall receive the following increases on the following dates: April 10, 2017 $0.15 per hour April 9, 2018 $0.10 per hour April 8, 2019 $0.10 per hour SCHEDULE B‌ Hourly Paid Employee Merit Rating Each employee will be merit rated semiannually during the anniversary month of the start of employment and in the following seventh (7th) month. New employees will be merit rated for rate position in the rate range in the seventh (7th) month from start of employment. Each employee will be merit rated semiannually within the annual or semiannual month until each employee reaches the maximum rate in the rate range. Merit rate increase, if any, will become effective on the Monday of the first (1st) full week of the following month after the scheduled rating month. Merit rating scores of zero (0) to fifteen (15) receive no increase and may be subject to possible disciplinary action. Merit Rating Score of 16-48 to be paid at $.01 per point, to a max. of $.48 Scores in productivity and efficiency will be doubled for pay increase purposes. No such doubling shall apply for employees with a merit score of 15 or less. Nothing herein shall preclude the Company from increasing the base hourly wage of an employee in an amount greater than the above schedule, provided however that such an increase shall not exceed the maximum rate of the employee’s classification. Employees who are at the maximum rate will receive their merit increase in a lump sum payment based on 1,040 hours. Perfect Attendance Employees are eligible to receive a $0.10 per hour increase for perfect attendance. Perfect attendance will be reviewed at the same time and for the same period as the merit review. Employees must have perfect attendance (zero points) for the review period to receive this increase. For the purpose of this section, absences due to the following shall not be considered an absence for perfect attendance: jury duty, military service, scheduled holidays, personal time, bereavement leave, approved vacation, and MLK and Veterans days with prior notification in accordance with current attendance policy. Wages - Schedule A. The Employer and the Union agree that the new Collective Agreement shall reflect wage adjustments as follows:
Wages - Schedule A. 24.01 The job classifications and wage rates shown in Schedule “A” which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, shall remain in effect for the life of this Agreement. The Company shall pay an amount to each active worker (and any worker laid off within twelve (12) months of the payment) of five hundred dollar ($500.00) as a lump sum, on the first available pay period after January 1 2023, 2024, 2025, 2026. The lumps sum shall be paid by separate payment from worked earnings. Employees on long-term disability not active at the time of payment shall receive that year’s lump sum when they return to the workplace on the next available pay period, as a separate payment from normal worked earnings.

The draft and final versions of all deliverables shall be submitted by the dates specified in the Exhibit A Schedule and Project Period noted in Item No. 7 of this Agreement. It is understood and agreed that the delivery of the draft and final versions of such deliverables by the Contractor shall occur in a timely manner and in accordance with the requirements of the Exhibit A Schedule.

  • APPENDIX F Appendix F, HBITS Processes and Forms, attached hereto, is hereby expressly made a part of this Contract as fully as if set forth at length herein. The Parties agree that the processes and forms set forth in this appendix may be updated as necessary, such as to facilitate the development of a web portal or other automated systems. OGS reserves the right to make changes to these processes and forms without seeking the prior written approval of the Department of Law or OSC, however, OGS agrees that any such changes shall comply with the terms and conditions of this Contract and not be material or substantive in nature. The Parties agree that detailed instructions for the completion of these forms shall be set forth in the “How to Use” document presented on the OGS web site or as part of the web portal or other automated system. Form 8, Monthly Report, shall be submitted electronically in Microsoft Excel 2007 or higher format, which will be separately provided by OGS.

  • Master Schedule At the start of the schematic design phase, the Construction Administrator will be given a copy of the updated DAS initial schedule as described in the pre-design phase. The Construction Administrator will then create its master schedule based on the DAS’ initial schedule. Utilizing CPM-based software, the Construction Administrator will assign a duration and relationship to each task, add or delete tasks, identify the logic of interrelationships and milestones, and perform schedule management activities to identify the project's critical path and timeline. The master schedule shall include all tasks from the pre-design phase through design, construction, and project closeout. Items to be identified during subsequent refinements include milestones for departmental occupancy, shop drawing and Construction Administrator reviews, special support services, mobilization and demobilization, long lead item purchases, and float times.
