CLASSIFICATIONS AND PAY RATES. In this agreement and made a part of its Appendix A and Appendix B shall be the agreed upon Classification and Ordinances. It shall list all positions covered by this agreement by title along with the wages for each person. An employee who holds a valid Full Massachusetts Operator of Drinking Water Supply Facilities Certification T1, T2, or T3 (or higher) for an entire fiscal year will receive a lump sum payment of $200, $400 or $600 respectively to be paid in the following fiscal year. The Water Treatment Plant Xxxxxxx is required to maintain, at a minimum, a valid Full T2 license. Said xxxxxxx shall receive an annual stipend of $500 so long as he/she holds said license for the entire prior fiscal year. The Town agrees to pay for the cost of maintaining said license. Any other xxxxxxx who holds said license will also receive the annual stipend and the Town will pay for the cost of maintaining said license. Any other xxxxxxx who holds said license will also receive the annual stipend and the Town will pay for the cost of maintaining said license. An employee who holds a valid CDL Classification B or higher license and a hoisting license shall receive an annual stipend of $200 so long as he/she holds both licenses for the entire fiscal year. Foremen and Fleet Maintenance Xxxxxxx are required to hold at least four (4) valid ASE Certifications in and of the following: Medium/Heavy Truck T1 Gasoline Engines, T2 Diesel Engines, T3 Drive Train, T4 Brakes, T5 Suspension and Steering or T6 Electrical / Electronic Systems. Xxxxxxx shall receive an annual stipend of $500 so long as he/she holds the required ASE Certifications for the entire prior fiscal year. The Union agrees that the Town may implement bi-weekly paychecks at the same time that bi-weekly paychecks are implemented for the other Town bargaining units. CLASSIFICATIONS AND PAY RATES. The pay rates and pay ranges for job classifications in the bargaining unit shall be as described in Appendix A. All bargaining unit members shall be paid on a bi-weekly schedule. All payroll deductions will also be made on a bi-weekly basis. Effective no later than the first pay period in January 2016, the City shall require direct deposit and electronic notification of all pay-related checks. General Wage Increases: Effective the first pay period after the implementation of the arbitration award, the salary rates then in effect shall remain in effect through June 30, 2019. Effective July 1, 2019, the salary rates in effect on June 30, 2019 shall remain unchanged through June 30 2020. There shall be no general wage increase. Effective July 1, 2020, the salary rates in effect on June 30, 2020 shall remain unchanged through June 30 2021. There shall be no general wage increase. All salaries shall be rounded to the nearest xxxxx (.01).

It is agreed to delete the classifications of Tree Trimmer Xxxxxxx, Tree Trimmer 1st Class, Tree Trimmer 2nd Class, Meter Reader, Janitor, and Workorder Clerk from this Section. If the Cooperative hires someone to fill the classification of Tree Trimmer Xxxxxxx, Tree Trimmer 1st Class, Tree Trimmer 2nd Class, or Janitor, at that time they shall become an integral part of this contract. The Cooperative shall have the option of assigning meter reading to employees in the bargaining unit or to employees outside of the bargaining unit or engaging a contractor to perform such work.
CLASSIFICATIONS AND PAY RATES. Section 1. Effective August 16, 2016, employees in Unit 1 with less than twenty-four (24) months of active employment, will receive pay rates based on active employment as follows: Date of hire through 12 months 85% of Category B pay rate; 13 months through 24 months, 90% of Category B pay rate; after 24 months , 100% of Category B pay rate. Layoffs or leaves of absence of more than fourteen (14) calendar days will not be counted as active employment.
