Work Order Management. 2.3.1 The software shall provide utilization reports on employees, tools, vehicles, and equipment as an aid to planning and scheduling. 2.3.2 The software shall record and report information on employee availability, training, and skill sets. 2.3.3 The software shall create and manage projects consisting of an unlimited number of sub-projects, work orders, or activities. 2.3.4 The software allows detailed descriptions of projects. 2.3.5 Already existing work orders may be combined to create a project. 2.3.6 The software provides a database of common jobs together with their typical labor, material, and equipment requirements. 2.3.7 The software package shall allow for Unplanned Work Reporting 2.3.8 The software package shall allow for Maintenance Project Planning 2.3.9 The software shall create optimal ordering and routing for the performance of work orders.
Work Order Management. During meter deployment, PMI (the installation contractors) will utilize a Work order management program that will collect predefined information regarding each installation. This information will include unique identifying serial numbers to load into Xxxxxx Island’s InHANCE billing system. a. With the assistance of an InHANCE programmer, Xxxxxx Island will determine the required InHANCE data fields needed to process a meter replacement in the InHANCE billing system. Certain specific data is required in the InHANCE Billing system; if the data is not needed by PMI’s system, the data must still be stored by PMI and imported back into InHANCE upon completion of EACH meter change out. The InHANCE programmer has created three files that will automate the meter change-out process for billing. b. The “Export from InHANCE” file will include data needed by PMI and InHANCE. If any data is missing and needed for PMI (and data resides in InHANCE) the file can be modified. c. During the XXXXXX ISLAND Pre-Testing (Step 1) PMI shall provide programming expertise to thoroughly create, configure, and test the use of these program files during the electronic data transfers between PMI’s system and the City’s InHANCE billing system. This process shall be a team approach between the City, PMI and InHANCE. PMI shall provide the City as much telephone and/or web session access to PMI’s programmers as necessary in the City’s sole discretion to perfect the automated process of updating of all InHANCE accounts for accurate billing.

Work Order Management. The Concessionaire shall track and document work orders using a software program (or the Institution’s existing program) to manage work orders. Work orders will be categorized as emergency, urgent, expedited and routine as outlined below and responded to accordingly. Information gathered through the use of the work order program will be used to assist in monitoring and maintaining the facility, and the work order program will assist in tracking preventative maintenance and annual inspections to determine the condition of the facility. The work order program shall have an online user interface that will allow online submission of requests by Residents and Residence Life staff, provide notifications of work orders to Institution staff, and provide access to status reports and dashboards by the Institution. The work order systems should generate annual, six (6) month, three (3) month, monthly, weekly and daily work orders. The length of time between certain scheduled or routine work orders will depend on manufacturer recommendations, if applicable. All work must be performed in compliance with established Institution policies to ensure the safety of faculty, staff, students, and visitors.‌
Work Order Management. Management shall implement a process with which to efficiently manage the community, complete work orders without delay, and effectively communicate with the Board, residents, parcels and other committees. Acknowledgement of receipt of the work order shall be provided to the homeowner within two (2) business days. Work Order records for each unit shall be maintained electronically and summary reports prepared for the Parcel Committees and Board. Such reports shall include the status (open, completed, waiting for approval, waiting for supplies, etc.) of the work order, for the prior twelve (12) month period. Records shall also include parcel projects and projects identified during inspections. Management shall provide the necessary computer software to record, control and analyze Work Orders.
Work Order Management. Xxxxx Springs shall provide access to the vendor of Xxxxx Spring’s work order system to document and track service requests. The vendor will continue to utilize current, previously established protocols to manage work flow between the call center and City staff. Xxxxx Springs will make every effort to provide any new protocols in writing to the vendor at least fourteen (14) calendar days in advance of the effective date of the new protocols. Xxxxx Springs shall provide weekly/monthly name lists from its vendors as to the Emergency After-Hours phone tree and any new phone lists as per protocol. d) Eighty (80) percent of incoming contacts shall be handled within thirty (30) seconds, with ninety (90) percent of the calls answered within sixty (60) seconds during business hours, Quality Assurance (QA) Program, (including monthly citizen quality control surveys and Quality Scorecards), a minimum of 65% First Call Resolution shall be resolved without transferring calls to City departments and Monthly Summary Reports of call activity, in addition to other ad hoc reports as needed. e) Maintain, in collaboration with other City Departments, a fully functioning and current Knowledgebase of general city information. f) Web chat: Provide a mechanism to enable residents to interact with the call center utilizing web-based chat, with those contacts handled in the same order as traditional phone inquiries.

  • Construction Management Plan Contractor shall prepare and furnish to the Owner a thorough and complete plan for the management of the Project from issuance of the Proceed Order through the issuance of the Design Professional's Certificate of Material Completion. Such plan shall include, without limitation, an estimate of the manpower requirements for each trade and the anticipated availability of such manpower, a schedule prepared using the critical path method that will amplify and support the schedule required in Article 2.1.5 below, and the Submittal Schedule as required in Article 2.2.3. The Contractor shall include in his plan the names and resumés of the Project Superintendent, Project Manager and the person in charge of Safety.
