Xxxxxxx’x Duties. In addition to the minimum and general requirements of the Landlord, the Landlord also specifically agrees to the following duties:

Xxxxxxx’x Duties. 9. (a) At all rehearsals and concerts there shall be a xxxxxxx in attendance who shall be a member of the Orchestra. For his/her services as xxxxxxx he/she shall receive in addition to his/her regular per service fee, no less than ten (10) percent of the weekly section core to be paid for each week of the season.
