Access to Long Service Leave. Refer to the sub-clause - Access to Long Service Leave on Termination, under the clause - Long Service Leave.
Access to Long Service Leave. Long Service Leave will be able to be taken, subject to the other provisions of the Act, when the employee’s entitlement to long service leave is greater than or equal to 10.0 weeks or has achieved 10 years’ service.
