AND LOCKOUTS. There shall be no strikes or lockouts, slowdown or stoppage of work either complete or partial during the term of this Agreement.
AND LOCKOUTS. During the term of this Agreement the Company agrees that there shall be no lockouts and the Union agrees that there shall be no strike, or any other stoppage of or interference with work, which would cause any interruption of work.

The Union agrees that during the term of this agreement, and regardless of whether an unfair labour practice is alleged (a) there will be no strike, slow-down or walk- out and the Union will not directly or indirectly authorize, encourage or approve any refusal on the part of employees to proceed to the location of normal work assignment where no rare or unusual physical hazard is involved in proceeding to such location. Any employee who violates this clause shall be subject to discipline. The Company agrees that during the term of this agreement there will be no lock- out of employees covered by this agreement.

AND LOCKOUTS. There shall be no lockout by the Employer and no strike by any Employee or Employees during the term of this Collective Agreement. No Employee shall be required to cross any legal picket line of a Union representing employees of the Employer. No Employee shall suffer a loss of pay or benefits as a result of a refusal to cross a picket line. ARTICLE MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES Managerial responsibilities or decisions will be carried out or made in a manner that is just, reasonable and non-discriminatory. The Union recognizes that it is the right of the Employer to exercise the regular and customary functions of management and to direct its workforce subject to the terms of this Agreement.
AND LOCKOUTS. There shall be no strikes or no lockouts during the life of this Agreement. Where an employee expresses a concern for his or her safety in attempting to cross a picket-line or any demonstrations on or at the Client’s premises, the Division will ensure a safe access to the workplace. No employee will be disciplined if he or she refuses to cross a picket line or demonstration out of concern for his or her safety. If employees are prevented from performing their duties because of a strike or lockout, the employees shall report the matter to the Division, and the Division will make every reasonable effort to ensure that such employees are employed elsewhere.
AND LOCKOUTS. There shall be no strikes or lockouts so long as this Agreement continues to operate: “Strikes” and “Lockouts” shall have the meanings set out in the Labour Relations Act of Ontario.

During the duration of the Collective Agreement, and thereafter until it is renewed, replaced or until the bargaining unit is in a legal strike position, there shall be no stoppage, interruption, or impeding of work including study sessions, sit-downs, slow- downs, or strike action by any employee. Where the Unit is not in a legal strike position, the Employer may discipline any employee who takes in any such action.
