ARTICLE SENIORITY LISTS. The Company agrees to post separate seniority lists for full-time and part-time employees, twice a year, on March and September Iof each year. Employees, who wish to question their seniority, must do so within thirty days of such posting. If no challenge is made within thirty days, the employee's seniority shall be deemed correct. A copy of the list will be sent to the local union office and to the Chief Xxxxxxx or designate. ARTICLE

ARTICLE SENIORITY LISTS. The Employer shall supply the Union with a set of seniority lists by departments in March and September of each year, showing employees’ names alphabetically, sex and their seniority starting dates. When compiling a seniority list in March and September of each year, the Employer shall calculate the hours for persons working less than full-time for the past six month period. The average hours worked per period for permanent part-time employees during the six month period shall be the hours used for calculating purposes under Article Permanent Part-time Employees.

(The six (6) month period shall coincide with the pay period ending around June and December and the re-calculation pro-ration percentage, where applicable, shall apply in August for the pay period ending around June and February for the pay period ending around December Should there be a tie of date of hire of two (2) or more full time employees, the tiebreaker used shall be a lottery.

ARTICLE SENIORITY LISTS. The Employer shall post in the Union Binder and supply the Union with a set of Seniority Lists by classification on 15th and July 15thof each year, showing the employee's names alphabetically and their seniority dates. The Union may request and will be given any information to bring these lists up to date at any reasonable time. When compiling a Seniority List in January and July of each year, the Employer shall calculate the seniority of full-time employees by calendar year or part thereof. Part-time employees, regularly scheduled to work hours per week or less, shall be calculated by hours worked. It is understood that for the purpose of calculating seniority for part-time employees, hours will equal year of service in any 12-month period. Full-time employees will their seniority of hours equal to year of service upon transfer to and part-time status. ARTICLE LOSS OF SENIORITY Seniority status once acquired, and employment, will be lost for any of the following reasons:
