Callback – Minimum. Employees, who are called back to work after having completed the normal shift and/or after having left the worksite, shall be compensated a minimum of two (2) hours at the overtime rate. 11.1 Holidays - Fixed Holidays The City shall observe twelve (12) fixed-date holidays. These holidays shall be established for the City's fiscal year as determined by City Council resolution. The Holidays for calendar years 2016, 2017, 2018 , 2019 are as follows: Independence Day Labor Day Columbus Day Veterans' Day Thanksgiving Day Day after Thanksgiving Christmas Eve Christmas Day Ne w Year' s Day Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxx Day Presidents' Day Memorial Day When a holiday falls on a Saturday, that holiday will be observed on the prior Friday. When a holiday falls on a Sunday, that holiday will be observed on the following Monday. Should this conflict with a Friday or Monday designated holiday, the Friday or Monday holiday will occur on the preceding Thursday or following Tuesday. Observance by an employee of a designated religious event may be granted, if practical, with at least seven (7) days prior approval required for such leave, under the following methods: (A) Time charged to accrued vacation allowance; or (B) Time off without pay 2016-2019 City of Petaluma / AFSCME Unit 3 MOU 13 Holidays currently provided in the MO U will be based on the employee' s regular work shift. For example, if an employee works a 4/10 schedule, s/he shall receive 10 hours of holiday pay for the holiday. If an employee works a 9/80 schedule, s/he shall receive 9 hours of holiday pay for the holiday. If an employee works a 5/8 (five days per week, 8 hours per day) schedule, s/he shall receive 8 hours of holiday pay for the holiday. The same shall be true for any employee whose regular work week is fewer than 40 hours per week, except that no such employee shall receive more than eight (8) hours of pay for the holiday.
Callback – Minimum. ‌ All regular “line” and “staff” members of the Department who work callback assignments as defined in Sections 4.4 and 4.5 below shall be guaranteed compensation for a minimum of two (2) hours when such callback assignments result in less than two (2) hours of actual work.

  • Minimum Call-Back Time All employees who are called out and required to work in an emergency outside their regular working hours shall be paid for a minimum of two (2) hours at overtime rates and shall be paid from the time they leave home to report for duty until the time they arrive back upon proceeding directly from work.

  • Callback Pay When an employee is called back to work after having completed their normal workday, they shall be granted a minimum of two (2) hours pay at time and one half. This provision shall not apply when the hours worked are an extension of the employee's workday.

  • Minimum Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement to the contrary, the aggregate principal amount of all LIBO Rate Advances having the same LIBO Rate Interest Period shall be at least equal to $100,000.00; and if any LIBO Rate tranche would otherwise be in a lesser principal amount for any period, such tranche shall bear interest at the Base Rate during such period.

  • Maximum or Minimum Interest Rate If specified on the face hereof, this Note may have either or both of a Maximum Interest Rate or a Minimum Interest Rate. If a Maximum Interest Rate is so designated, the interest rate for a Floating Rate Note cannot ever exceed such Maximum Interest Rate and in the event that the interest rate on any Interest Reset Date would exceed such Maximum Interest Rate (as if no Maximum Interest Rate were in effect) then the interest rate on such Interest Reset Date shall be the Maximum Interest Rate. If a Minimum Interest Rate is so designated, the interest rate for a Floating Rate Note cannot ever be less than such Minimum Interest Rate and in the event that the interest rate on any Interest Reset Date would be less than such Minimum Interest Rate (as if no Minimum Interest Rate were in effect) then the interest rate on such Interest Reset Date shall be the Minimum Interest Rate. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, the interest rate on a Floating Rate Note shall not exceed the maximum interest rate permitted by applicable law.

  • Total Price 36.1.1 The Allottee shall make the payment of the Total Price as per the payment plan set out in Schedule C. The Promoter may from time to time raise demand as per Payment Schedule for payment of installments by issuing notices to the Allottee and the Allottee shall make the payments promptly within the time stipulated in such notices. 36.1.2 Besides the Total Price, the Allottee shall be required to pay certain other amounts as mentioned in the Payment Schedule and in Clause 41(b) herein (“Other Charges and Deposits”) at such times as prescribed in the Payment Schedule or as may be demanded by the Promoter from time to time. 36.1.3 Any change of Payment Plan/Schedule shall normally not be entertained but may be entertained on the discretion of the Promoter on payment of an extra charge of Rs. /-(Rupees …………………………………….. only).

  • Floor Price BNYMCM shall not sell Common Shares below the Floor Price during any Selling Period, as such Floor Price may be adjusted by the Company at any time during any Selling Period upon notice to BNYMCM and confirmation to the Company.

  • Call Back Pay Employees who are called to report to work on their regular day off or that have been recalled to work after having left the Employer's premises, shall be guaranteed a minimum of two (2) hours of pay plus travel time at the regular rate of pay for actual hours worked or at the applicable overtime rate, whichever is greater. Employees who are currently guaranteed a minimum of pay greater than two (2) hours shall continue to be paid at the greater minimum. Should the employee be paid for at least eight hours, travel time shall not be paid.

  • Reallocation to a Class with a Lower Salary Range Maximum 1. If the employee meets the skills and abilities requirements of the position and chooses to remain in the reallocated position, the employee retains the existing appointment status and has the right to be placed on the Employer’s internal layoff list for the classification occupied prior to the reallocation. 2. If the employee chooses to vacate the position or does not meet the skills and abilities requirements of the position, the layoff procedure specified in Article 31 of this Agreement applies.

  • Minimum Availability Borrower shall have minimum availability immediately following the initial funding in the amount set forth on the Schedule.
