Clothing & Equipment. Employees are required to keep Regional clothing and footwear issues in good repair.
Clothing & Equipment. SECTION 1. It is the responsibility of the Employer to supply any clothing or equipment, other than shoes, which they require employees to wear or use.
SECTION 2. It shall be the Employer's obligation to dry-clean the winter coats twice a year. The employee will have said coat dry-cleaned at a cleaner designated by the Employer. If the uniforms are changed from the current wash and wear type to a dry cleanable type, the Employer agrees to pay for dry cleaning of such uniforms.
SECTION 3. If a uniform or article of clothing is damaged in the line of duty so as to render it unfit, the Employer will replace it without cost to the employee.
SECTION 4. Police officers covered under this Agreement shall be issued protective body armor by the Employer. Said body armor shall be maintained and replaced according to the manufacturer's specifications.
Clothing & Equipment. Employees shall be supplied with the clothing and equipment as provided for under the Police Act of Nova Scotia and outlined below.

Clothing & Equipment. The employer shall provide each employee with an internal allowance for the purchase of clothing and duty equipment which shall be purchased for them upon authorization of the Chief of Police. Vendors shall be determined by the Borough or the Chief of Police with the allowance per employee established at $1,100.00 annually for 2015 and 2016 with an increase to $1,200.00 annually for 2017, 2018 and 2019. Officers may select duty clothing and equipment as they shall reasonably determine necessary for compliance with departmental rules, regulations and policies. Body armor vests are not included in this allowance and shall be provided by the Borough. Officers may begin ordering/purchase of uniforms and equipment no later than July 1 of each calendar year.
Clothing & Equipment i. To obtain SCF’s prior approval before Sponsor logos (either personal or arranged by SCF) can be affixed to the Athlete’s team clothing, uniform or equipment which should be in accordance with UCI Sponsorship Guidelines.
ii. That it is my responsibility to ensure that clothing and equipment are well maintained and in accordance with SCF and UCI guidelines for competitions.
iii. That any clothing and equipment issued to me is to be returned when I cease my involvement with the National Training Squad.
Clothing & Equipment. The Athlete agrees to wear the designated clothing and use designated team equipment as required by Swiss Netball. No other kit is permitted. All National Squad athletes may be expected to attend the Europe Netball C Award Theory course and sit the online written assessment (if not an active qualified umpire) and assist at a minimum of 1 event per year. If an athlete wishes to continue the pathway to becoming a fully qualified C Award umpire she will need to complete the Practical assessment which will be at an additional cost to the athlete.
Clothing & Equipment. The Athlete acknowledges that team clothing and equipment supplied to the Athlete by the ICTSA is owned by the ICTSA and is not the personal property of the Athlete. Unless otherwise agreed by the ICTSA, the Athlete shall forthwith return to the ICTSA all equipment and clothing either upon the termination of this Agreement or earlier at the ICTSA’s request.
Clothing & Equipment.
19.01 The Employer shall supply and deliver to each employee’s assigned worksite, unless the employee arranges to pick it up directly from logistics, on an as required basis clothing as outlined in Appendix C attached hereto and shall form part of this Agreement.
19.02 Employees shall exchange items on a one-for-one basis except in cases where the Employee makes written application and said application is approved by the Employer.
19.03 Clothing and equipment, as listed in Appendix C, damaged, contaminated or destroyed in the line of duty shall be replaced as soon as possible.
19.04 Personal Protective Clothing shall meet or exceed the NFPA standards current at the time of purchase except where mutually agreed to between the Union and the Employer.
19.05 Employees shall receive an annual two hundred dollar ($200.00) non-taxable Clothing Maintenance/Shoe/Boot Allowance, payable the first pay in June.
19.06 Bunker Gear shall be cleaned and/or repaired after exposure to contaminants or as required and at no cost to the employee and replacement gear shall be provided as required while gear is being repaired or cleaned.
19.07 A Joint Labour Management committee will be established to review uniforms, badges and clothing in general.
Clothing & Equipment. 16.1 A uniform service will be provided to all full time employees. Such service shall be paid for by the City. Eleven (11) changes in pants and shirts will be available to each eligible employee.
16.2 Clothing Change for Highway/Fleet, Water and Sewer Divisions and outside employees of buildings and Grounds Division shall include:
(a) Pants -1 pair
(b) Shirts - either 1 long-sleeve or 1 short-sleeve
(c) Winter Jacket - 1 (per season)
(d) Summer Jacket - 1 (per season)
(e) Winter Coveralls - 1 (per season as needed, with approval of the Director). The City may either provide coveralls through the uniform service or provide one (1) pair with the employee being responsible for washing.
16.3 Clothing Change for inside employees of Buildings and Grounds Division shall include the following unless the employee and the Director of Public Works agree to an exception on the uniform:
(a) Pants – 1 pair
(b) Shirts – either 1 long-sleeve or 1 short-sleeve
(c) Jacket with zip-out lining – 1 (per season)
16.4 The Director of Public Works shall establish a credit/charge account in the amount of up to one hundred seventy-five dollars ($175.00) per year for each full time employee and employees may charge City approved work safety shoes or safety boots by obtaining a voucher from the office of the Director and by returning the sales slip to the Director’s office within five (5) work days of the purchase in order to qualify for the footwear credit. The boots may be purchased at any store provided they meet the appropriate ANSI standards.
16.5 All Department of Public Works employees shall wear the uniform designated by the Director.
