Concessionaire Personnel. Concessionaire shall control the conduct and demeanor of its agents and employees. If the City so requests, Concessionaire agrees to supply and require its employees to wear suitable attire and to wear or carry badges or other suitable means of identification, the form of which shall be subject to prior and continuing approval of the City.

Concessionaire Personnel. Concessionaire or designated full-time manager must be on the premises occupied by Concessionaire at all times that the concession is open. The Concessionaire must ensure that the concession is always staffed with experienced, dedicated personnel. Concessionaire must keep the quality of service at a high level in accordance with similar golf course food and liquor facilities and shall be responsible for the decorum of its staff. Failure to maintain appropriate staff will be considered a material breach of the Contract. If the Town, at its sole discretion, deems such service to be insufficient, it shall notify the Concessionaire in writing, describing the deficiency requesting that it be corrected. The Town may terminate the Agreement if the Concessionaire fails to correct any deficiency or fails to provide evidence that corrective measures are in process, within fifteen (15) days of such written notice.
Concessionaire Personnel. Concessionaire Personnel (whether employees, independent contractors, or vendor-participants) shall provide all equipment and personnel necessary to perform the activity authorized by this Agreement. Concessionaire Personnel assigned to perform the work are subject to final approval by the Manager. Concessionaire Personnel are required to adhere to City security, fire, and safety regulations and no-smoking policies. Concessionaire agrees that, upon notice from the City, it will immediately remove any personnel who violates any applicable statute, ordinance, regulation, or order of the Manager. Concessionaire Personnel shall not represent that they are agents or employees of the City.

The Concessionaire agrees that only assigned personnel will be permitted to operate concessions and no others without prior notice and approval from the City. Concessionaire represents that all personnel assigned to perform work under this Contract have been subject to and passed a criminal history background check. For both mobile and fixed concessionaires, a list of personnel and potential personnel, date of birth, social security number, and valid ID shall be submitted to the Manager specified in paragraph 15. The City reserves the right to require fingerprints and conduct additional criminal background checks and reject any personnel that in the City’s opinion represents a liability or potential liability. The Concessionaire shall not represent that it and its personnel are agents or employees of the City.

  • Contractors All LAUSD Contractors and their Representatives are expected to conduct any and all business affiliated with LAUSD in an ethical and responsible manner that fosters integrity and public confidence. A “Contractor” is any individual, organization, corporation, sole proprietorship, partnership, nonprofit, joint venture, association, or any combination thereof that is pursuing or conducting business with and/or on behalf of LAUSD, including, without limitation, consultants, suppliers, manufacturers, and any other vendors, bidders or proposers.   • Contractor If COUNTY elects to renegotiate this Agreement due to reduced or terminated 20 funding, CONTRACTOR shall not be obligated to accept the renegotiated terms.

  • Review Systems; Personnel It will maintain business process management and/or other systems necessary to ensure that it can perform each Test and, on execution of this Agreement, will load each Test into these systems.
