Configurations. ImPACT Applications shall prepare and incorporate Configurations in order to enable access to the Product. ImPACT Applications and its licensors own and shall continue to own all right, title, and interest in and to the Product and such Configurations after any Configurations are incorporated therein; provided however that Customer or its licensors shall own and continue to own all right, title, and interest in and to the Customer Materials. Customer hereby grants to ImPACT Applications a royalty-free license to prepare the Configurations and to incorporate said Configurations into the Product as permitted hereunder.
Configurations. The configuration section allows configurations that are valid across the Nexxiot Connect Intelligent Cloud. This section includes various user interface and application options as well as options to configure the ITSS push service.
