Course Coordinator. The number of nominal hours assigned to a Course Coordinator may vary from department to department and from course to course. The Employee will report to the Department Chair or Course Instructor. The Course Coordinator’s duties include the following: overseeing the seminar/tutorial/lab sections for a particular course(s); coordinating Teaching Assistants/Lab Demonstrators/Marker-Graders and holding meetings with them; assisting in the preparation of marking schemes and coordinating the marking of course assignments and/or midterm, progress and final exams; and any other related duties as may be required by the course instructor(s).

Course Coordinator. A. The Course Coordinator works in conjunction with the POST Program Manager and is responsible for all aspects of the Statewide Coroner Training Program logistics, including the scheduling and coordination of instructors and students. To work with high-ranking law enforcement officials effectively and with credibility, the Course Coordinator must have experience working with Coroner/Medical Examiner offices. The Course Coordinator’s services are of such a highly specialized nature that the necessary expert knowledge, experience, and ability are not readily available through the civil service system. B. The Course Coordinator must: a. Have a minimum of 10 years of experience working as either a deputy coroner or medical examiner, with the primary responsibility for medicolegal death investigations. b. Have obtained a POST Coroner Certificate, or equivalent as determined by the POST Program Manager. c. Have a thorough knowledge of POST guidelines and administrative procedures, including course certification regulations. d. Have significant experience in collaborating professionally with sheriffs, sheriff- coroners, deputy coroners, and medical examiners. e. Be able to demonstrate a working knowledge of the Coroners Course curriculum, and to substitute instruction as may be necessary. f. Have the ability to provide Coroners Course instructors with strategies, feedback, and guidance for immediate implementation into the classroom setting. g. Possess the technological acumen to meet the administrative functions of the job. h. Be able to travel as requested by the POST Program Manager in accordance with the Coroner Training schedule. Course Coordinator is the academic staff member responsible for the management of a course who exercises his/her professional and educational judgement in assessing: 3.3.1 Credit for Recognised Learning application for the purpose of recommending to the PD and/ or delegate the approval of credit towards a unit.
Course Coordinator. 6.10.1.   • Project Coordinator Within 14 days of the effective date of this Consent Agreement, DTSC and Respondent shall each designate a Project Coordinator and shall notify each other in writing of the Project Coordinator selected.   • Service Coordinators Each Party has designated an employee or title as the key contact for the day-to-day implementation or monitoring of each Service as specified in the applicable Transition Service Schedule (each, a “Service Coordinator”). The Parties shall direct communications relating to specific Services to the applicable Service Coordinators.   • Order Coordination and Order Coordination-Time Specific 2.1.9.1 “Order Coordination” (OC) allows BellSouth and Lightyear to coordinate the installation of the SL2 Loops, Unbundled Digital Loops (UDL) and other Loops where OC may be purchased as an option, to Lightyear’s facilities to limit end user service outage. OC is available when the Loop is provisioned over an existing circuit that is currently providing service to the end user. OC for physical conversions will be scheduled at BellSouth’s discretion during normal working hours on the committed due date. OC shall be provided in accordance with the chart set forth below. 2.1.9.2 “Order Coordination – Time Specific” (OC-TS) allows Lightyear to order a specific time for OC to take place. BellSouth will make every effort to accommodate Lightyear’s specific conversion time request. However, BellSouth reserves the right to negotiate with Lightyear a conversion time based on load and appointment control when necessary. This OC-TS is a chargeable option for all Loops except Unbundled Copper Loops (UCL) and Universal Digital Channel (UDC), and is billed in addition to the OC charge. Lightyear may specify a time between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. (location time) Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). If Lightyear specifies a time outside this window, or selects a time or quantity of Loops that requires BellSouth technicians to work outside normal work hours, overtime charges will apply in addition to the OC and OC-TS charges. Overtime charges will be applied based on the amount of overtime worked and in accordance with the rates established in the Access Services Tariff, Section E13.2, for each state. The OC-TS charges for an order due on the same day at the same location will be applied on a per Local Service Request (LSR) basis.

  • Project Steering Committee 1. For a sound implementation and management of the project, a steering committee shall be set up in line with provisions of the programme manual. 2. The steering committee is the decision-making body of the project and it shall be composed by representatives of the LP and all PPs duly authorised to represent the respective LP and PP institutions. It shall be chaired by the LP and it shall meet on a regular basis. Associated partners shall be invited to take part in the steering committee in an advisory capacity. External key stakeholders may also be invited to take part to one or more meetings in an observer/advisory capacity. 3. The steering committee shall at least: a. be responsible for monitoring and validating the implementation of the project and the achievement of the planned results as in the approved application form; b. perform the financial monitoring of the project implementation and to decide on any budget modifications as in § 11 of this agreement; c. monitor and manage deviations of the project implementation; d. decide on project modifications (e.g. partnership, budget, activities, and duration) if needed; e. be responsible for the settlement of any disputes within the partnership (as stipulated in § 22 of this agreement). 4. Further aspects, including the creation of sub-groups or task forces, may be set out in the rules of procedure of the steering committee.

  • Coordinator 6.4.1 The Coordinator shall be the intermediary between the Parties and the Funding Authority and shall perform all tasks assigned to it as described in the Grant Agreement and in this Consortium Agreement. 6.4.2 In particular, the Coordinator shall be responsible for: - monitoring compliance by the Parties with their obligations - keeping the address list of Members and other contact persons updated and available - collecting, reviewing and submitting information on the progress of the Project and reports and other deliverables (including financial statements and related certification) to the Funding Authority - preparing the meetings, proposing decisions and preparing the agenda of General Assembly meetings, chairing the meetings, preparing the minutes of the meetings and monitoring the implementation of decisions taken at meetings - transmitting promptly documents and information connected with the Project,, - administering the financial contribution of the Funding Authority and fulfilling the financial tasks described in Section 7.3 - providing, upon request, the Parties with official copies or originals of documents which are in the sole possession of the Coordinator when such copies or originals are necessary for the Parties to present claims. If one or more of the Parties is late in submission of any project deliverable, the Coordinator may nevertheless submit the other parties’ project deliverables and all other documents required by the Grant Agreement to the Funding Authority in time. 6.4.3 If the Coordinator fails in its coordination tasks, the General Assembly may propose to the Funding Authority to change the Coordinator. 6.4.4 The Coordinator shall not be entitled to act or to make legally binding declarations on behalf of any other Party or of the consortium, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the Grant Agreement or this Consortium Agreement. 6.4.5 The Coordinator shall not enlarge its role beyond the tasks specified in this Consortium Agreement and in the Grant Agreement. It shall be appointed by the General Assembly and shall assist and facilitate the work of the General Assembly. The Coordinator shall write the minutes of the EEAB meetings and prepare the implementation of the EEAB's suggestions. The EEAB members shall be allowed to participate in General Assembly meetings upon invitation but have not any voting rights.]
