Daily Travel Time. 3.1 All travel time will be outside of normal working hours.
(a) An employee will be paid his straight-time rate for all time spent travelling from his assembly point to his work location on normal working days. An employee will be paid premium time for all time spent travelling from his assembly point to his work location on days other than normal working days.
(b) An employee will travel up to a maximum of one hour on his own time when returning from his work location to his assembly point. An employee will be paid his straight-time rate for all time spent travelling in excess of one hour.
3.3 All time in excess of one hour spent travelling from the work location to the assembly point on non-working days shall be compensated for at the appropriate premium rates of pay.
3.4 The Employer will supply transportation between the assembly points and work locations.
Daily Travel Time. 20.01 All travel time will be outside of normal working hours.

An employee will be paid premium time for all time spent travelling from his assembly point to his work location on days other than normal working days.
(b) An employee will travel up to a maximum of one hour on his own time when returning from his work location to his assembly point. An employee will be paid his straight-time rate for all time spent travelling in excess of one hour. An employee who is driving a company vehicle shall be paid for all time spent travelling from the work location and back to the assembly point on normal working days.
20.03 All time in excess of one hour spent travelling from the work location to the assembly point on non-working days shall be compensated for at the appropriate premium rates of pay. An employee who is driving a company vehicle shall be paid premium time for all time spent travelling from the work location and back to the assembly point on days other than normal working days.
20.04 The Employer will supply transportation between the assembly points and work locations.
Daily Travel Time. In the event that an employee is accommodated on an offshore or onshore facility and required to travel on a daily basis to and from the workplace offshore, the employee shall be paid for the time spent travelling in accordance with subclause 12.1 at the applicable rate prescribed by subclause 7.2.
Daily Travel Time. Where suitable lodging does not exist within 15 min of the show-up, travel time will be granted per the agreement dated Feb 24, 1984, titled Transmission Construction Crews. Daily travel time cannot be “banked” to use on the last work day of the week. Travel time must be taken on the day it is granted.
Daily Travel Time. Daily travel time will be considered time worked when the employee is:
a. travelling from a mandatory marshalling point to the jobsite and return;
b. transporting equipment for the Employer;
c. driving a vehicle for the Employer.
Daily Travel Time. Mileage Reimbursement: Calculation = (Round Trip Minutes rounded to the nearest ¼ hour) Calculation = (Round Trip Miles x Current IRS rate)
Daily Travel Time. (a) It is a condition of employment that all Employees unless instructed otherwise by management will start and cease their daily working hours and duties on site.
(b) Employees will be required to travel to and from the job site in their own time each day in accordance with this clause to a maximum of 120 minutes per day. For travel time in excess of 120 minutes per day Employees will be paid at their ordinary hourly rate.
(c) Travel between worksites within any day or shift will be considered on duty.
(d) Employees with Company provided vehicles will be expected to transport other Employees to work locations.
(e) The provisions of this clause regarding travel time and excess travel time do not apply in the circumstances where an Employee starts and finishes at their assigned depot.
Daily Travel Time i. Travel prior to the start of the shift/after finishing shift, between home / accommodation and the project location is not considered work time.
ii. Travel prior to the start of the shift / after finishing shift, between Employer provided accommodation and work location is not considered work time. Where this travel exceeds 30 minutes, the Employee will be compensated at the ordinary rates for time over 30 minutes.
iii. Driving a crane / truck for the purpose of moving assets for work is considered work time. Rates and penalties will apply.
iv. For avoidance of doubt, travel between locations does not include flight between point of hire and site for distant workers.
Daily Travel Time. 36.1. It is a condition of employment that all Employees, when instructed by management, will start and cease their daily working hours and duties at the job site.
36.2. Employees with Company provided vehicles will be expected to transport other Employees to work locations.
36.3. Travel between worksites within any day / shift will be considered on duty.
36.4. Employees will be required to travel to and from the job site in their own time each day in accordance with this clause to a maximum of 60 minutes each way per day.
36.5. Where travel time exceeds 60 minutes each way per day, then such additional time will be considered excess travel time and paid for at the Employee’s ordinary time Hourly Base Rate. Excess travel time is not considered time worked. As such, excess travel time does not attract any penalty or loading, nor does it reduce the number of ordinary hours an Employee may work on a particular day.
36.6. Travel time will be calculated as follows:
(a) The measurement of travel time will be based on the most direct route. The most direct route is that which takes the shortest time to travel; and
(b) The measurement of travel time will include geographical constraints, traffic and road conditions but will not be based on “line of sight”.
36.7. The provisions of this clause regarding travel time and excess travel time do not apply in the circumstances where an Employee starts and finishes at the assigned depot or is working in regional or remote locations.
Daily Travel Time. This payment is applicable irrespective if the Company provides transport or otherwise. Apprentices will receive relevant year/stage % of the Travel Time Allowance.
