DETAIL SCOPE OF WORK. 1.1 The scope of work covers total mechanical maintenance activities Viz. Predictive, preventive, breakdown ,Short shutdown , AOH/COH etc. on a per item rate basis mentioned in ANNEXURE – A1 & B1(For UNIT 1&2-Phase-1), A2 & B2 (For UNIT 3&4-Phase-2) for the 4 x 125 MW Unit Boiler & its auxiliaries. There are Two CFBC Boilers of 390 TPH capacities in Phase-1 and Two CFBC Boilers in Phase-2 having capacity of 405TPH. Details of the equipment are mentioned in the Annexure-N. 1.2 The details of scope of work with technical activity estimate sheet is attach separately as annexure as mentioned below: 1. Annexure- A1 & B1, (For UNIT 1&2-Phase-1).-Attached separately 2. Annexure- A2 & B2, (For UNIT 3&4-Phase-2).-Attached separately 1.3 The bid submitted by the bidder not covering the total scope of work and services as detailed out in the tender document shall be liable for rejection. 1.4 Quantum of job mentioned against all items in the price bid are indicative only & may vary as per site requirement & not to be construed as maximum or guaranteed quantity. The quantities shown in the price bid are approximate quantities for the contract period and they may vary as per job requirements. 1.5 All the miscellaneous activities pertaining to specific work to be executed for satisfactory performance is in the scope of contractor in his quoted rates.
DETAIL SCOPE OF WORK i. The bidder shall be totally responsible for the total assignment of security, vigilance jobs of the GIPCL/SLPP Mines and solar plants. ii. The Bidder shall protect the GIPCL's property and persons while on duty, round the clock, and if required during their transportation from residence to the company and vice versa. iii. The Bidder shall disallow trespassing in the battery limit of the plant. Solar plant area, Mines areas, Administrative office premises adjacent to the plant and Office building and any other premises belonging to the GIPCL/SLPP. iv. The Bidder shall monitor vehicular traffic at the gate and inside the GIPCL‟s premises and carry out proper search of the GIPCL's employees, Contractor‟s laborers, visitors, materials etc., to ensure better safety and to prevent illegal exit of the GIPCL's property. Also to guide the visitors after completing the required formalities and perform such other related functions of the security. v. The Bidder shall verify incoming and outgoing materials, monitoring, loading and unloading of materials in the GIPCL's premises. vi. The Bidder shall take care of functions related to security, vigilance and fire other than above that may be required to ensure better security. vii. The Bidder shall deploy adequate number of persons for effective and efficient services, which should include Security Officer, Supervisor, and Guards. Number of security guards shall be increased or decreased & shall be provided in accordance to the requirement of the GIPCL from time to time. viii. The Bidder shall deploy security personal from Ex-defense and paramilitary force and having sound physical and mental health. ix. The candidate must be free from communicable cardiovascular diseases, infections & surgeries. Candidate should not have a past history of mental illness. The nose, ear & throat should be in perfectly fit condition. x. The GIPCL reserves the right to reject any security personnel, if not found suitable at the discretion by the GIPCL's Authorized Officer. xi. The Bidder shall be responsible to make necessary arrangement for stationery, security equipment. Uniforms, Sticks, torches and any other requirements needed by the personnel for the discharge of their duties. xii. In case of any abnormal situation sensed by the Bidder's personnel for security, vigilance and fire at premises of the GIPCL either from employees or from persons outside (including nearby villages), a regular written report to be submitted to the GIPCL'...
DETAIL SCOPE OF WORK. The basic requirement / intension/essence of this contract is to provide medical staff to manage / running Occupational Health Center at GIPCL SLPP as per instruction by GIPCL. The scope of work covers providing service to manage / running OHC on continuous basis at GIPCL SLPP. 1. They will be responsible for total managing the OHC. 2. Co-ordination with SLPP HR&A Department for routine matters. 3. Co-ordination with Outside agencies for Medicines, Disposal of Bio Medical Waste and refilling of Oxygen cylinder, equipment calibration etc. 4. Filling of First aid boxes available at various locations of power plant, Mine, Colony and school.

  • 000 SCOPE OF WORK 5. 100 The scope of this Agreement covers all work of a maintenance, repair and renovation nature, assigned by the Owner to the Company and performed by the employees of the Company covered by this Agreement, within the limits of the Owner's plant site.

  • REVIEW OF WORK The Consultant shall permit the City, its agents and/or employees to review, at any time, all work performed pursuant to the terms of this Agreement at any stage of the work;

  • Statement of Work The Statement of Work to which Grantee is bound is incorporated into and made a part of this Grant Agreement for all purposes and included as Attachment A.

  • Work Order (s) means a detailed scope of work for a Service required by Transnet, including timeframes, Deliverable, Fees and costs for the supply of the Service to Transnet, which may be appended to this Agreement from time to time.

  • Project Plan Development of Project Plan Upon the Authorized User’s request, the Contractor must develop a Project Plan. This Project Plan may include Implementation personnel, installation timeframes, escalation procedures and an acceptance plan as appropriate for the Services requested. Specific requirements of the plan will be defined in the RFQ. In response to the RFQ, the Contractor must agree to furnish all labor and supervision necessary to successfully perform Services procured from this Lot. Project Plan Document The Contractor will provide to the Authorized User, a Project Plan that may contain the following items: • Name of the Project Manager, Contact Phone Numbers and E-Mail Address; • Names of the Project Team Members, Contact Phone Numbers and E-Mail Address; • A list of Implementation milestones based on the Authorized User’s desired installation date; • A list of responsibilities of the Authorized User during system Implementation; • A list of designated Contractor Authorized Personnel; • Escalation procedures including management personnel contact numbers; • Full and complete documentation of all Implementation work; • Samples of knowledge transfer documentation; and • When applicable, a list of all materials and supplies required to complete the Implementation described in the RFQ. Materials and Supplies Required to Complete Implementation In the event that there are items required to complete an Implementation, the Contractor may request the items be added to its Contract if the items meet the scope of the Contract. Negotiation of Final Project Plan If the Authorized User chooses to require a full Project Plan, the State further reserves the right for Authorized Users to negotiate the final Project Plan with the apparent RFQ awardee. Such negotiation must not substantively change the scope of the RFQ plan, but can alter timeframes or other incidental factors of the final Project Plan. The Authorized User will provide the Contractor a minimum of five (5) business days’ notice of the final negotiation date. The Authorized User reserves the right to move to the next responsible and responsive bidder if Contractor negotiations are unsuccessful.

  • Attachment A, Scope of Services The scope of services is amended as follows:

  • Project Scope The physical scope of the Project shall be limited to only those capital improvements as described in Appendix A of this Agreement. In the event that circumstances require a change in such physical scope, the change must be approved by the District Committee, recorded in the District Committee's official meeting minutes, and provided to the OPWC Director for the execution of an amendment to this Agreement.
