Dues Deduction and Remittance. The Employer shall deduct PSE dues or service charges from the pay of any employee who authorizes such deductions in writing. The Employer shall transmit all such funds deducted to the Treasurer of Public School Employees of Washington on a semi-monthly basis. The Employer agrees to submit a report semi-monthly along with its remittance of dues identifying each employee by name, employee number, position number, gross salary, and dues amount remitted.
Dues Deduction and Remittance. The Company agrees to deduct, from the pay of each employee covered by this agreement, an amount of Union dues or their equivalent, as specified by the Secretary-Treasurer of Local 114. The amount to be deducted shall be such sum as may from time to time be assessed by the Union according to its Constitution as Union dues and will include initiation fees orspecial assessments. The Company will act on information received in writing from two (2) signing officers ofthe Union to changes in the monthly dues made from time to time in accordance with the Constitution ofthe Union. The amount so deducted shall be remitted to the Secretary-Treasurer monthly accompanied by a list of employees on the payroll for the pay period in which the deductions were made.
Dues Deduction and Remittance. (a) The Company agrees to deduct, from the pay of each employee covered by this agreement, an amount of Union dues or their equivalent, initiation fees or assessments as specified by the Financial Secretary-Treasurer of the Local. The amount so deducted shall be remitted to the National Union within seven (7) calendar days accompanied by a list of employees on the payroll for the pay period in which the deductions were made along with each employee’s classification.
(b) In addition to the above a complete dues list including the names of the persons who paid their dues and the relevant rate of pay, hours worked, working status and any other information requested by the Secretary Treasurer shall be provided.
Dues Deduction and Remittance. A. Teachers may authorize the Board to deduct from their salary and transmit to the Association and/or to the New York State United Teachers the membership dues and/or assessments which have been certified in writing to the Board by the respective Associations. The said deduction shall be made at each pay period in accordance with a schedule provided by the Association to administration.
B. Teachers waive all rights and claims against the Board for the monies so deducted and transmitted in accordance with their authorization, and relieve the Board and its officers and representatives from any liability therefor.
C. In addition to the individual teacher’s authorization, the Association shall certify to the Board the names of all teachers authorizing dues deductions pursuant to paragraph A and the organizations so designated. The said dues deduction authorization, a copy of which is annexed hereto as APPENDIX A shall continue as therein provided, subject to any applicable provision of law.
D. In the event that there is an increase in dues or an assessment made effective subsequent to the first pay period in November, the same shall be likewise subject to salary deductions on the same basis as provided for above in paragraph A.

All employees shall be required, as a condition of employment, to pay once each month by payroll deduction an amount equal to the regular monthly Union dues as amended from time to time in accordance with the Union constitution. For new employees such deductions shall commence in the month following the month in which the employee is hired. The amount deducted shall not include special assessment or levies of any kind. Deductions made under this provision shall be remitted monthly to the properly authorized Union official together with a list of the employees' names from whose pay such deductions were made. The Union agrees to refund to the Hospital any amount paid to the Union in error as a result of the check off provisions, and further agrees not to hold the Hospital liable for any dues inadvertently missed.

All employees shall be required, as a condition of employment, to pay once every two weeks, in conjunction with Article K, by payroll deduction an amount equal to the regular bi-weekly Union dues as amended from time to time in accordance with the Union constitution. For new employees such deductions shall commence in the bi-weekly period following the bi-weekly period in which the employee is hired. The amount deducted shall not include special assessment or levies of any kind. Deductions made under this provision shall be remitted monthly to the properly authorized Union official together with a list of the employees' names and addresses (unless an employee notifies the Health Centre in writing that he/she does not wish that his/her address be made known to the Union) from whose pay such deductions were made.

The Union agrees to to the Hospital any amount paid to the Union in error as a of the check off provisions, and further agrees not to hold the Hospital liable for any dues inadvertently missed.

The Board shall deduct Union dues out of the current wages payable to each employee member of the NABCOT-OT/ PT who has so authorized, or hereafter so authorizes, the deduction. Such deduction shall be made upon the receipt of a duly executed payroll deduction authorization of the employee prepared by the NABCOT- OT/ PT. The dues deducted will be submitted to the NABCOT-OT/ PT by the fifteenth (15th) day of the following month with a computer print-out sheet. During each school year, additions to the list of authorized membership dues deductions will be made within sixty (60) days following receipt by the Board of the listing of the additions and the employee authorizations.

The Board shall deduct Union dues out of the current wages payable to each employee member of the Union who has so authorized, or hereafter so authorizes, the deduction. Such deduction shall be made upon the receipt of a duly-executed payroll deduction authorization of the employee, prepared by the Union. The dues deducted will be submitted to the Union by the fifteenth (15th) day of the following month. During each calendar year, additions to the list of authorized membership dues deduction will be made if the Board receives the listing of the additions within sixty (60) days of the date of the employee’s employment. Dues authorizations may be withdrawn at any time.

Local Dues The Employer shall deduct PSE local chapter dues separately and remit all such funds to the local PSE chapter treasurer on a semi-monthly basis. COPE No later than June 30, 2015, Western shall, upon receipt of written authorization conforming to legal requirements, deduct from the pay of bargaining unit employees the amount of contribution each employee voluntarily chooses for deduction for COPE and shall transmit contributions to the Union. The employee may revoke the request at any time. At least annually, the employee shall be notified by PSE about the right to revoke the request. The implementation of this payroll deduction will require a minimum of ten (10) participants.
