Earning Rewards. You may earn Points for making eligible Purchases with your Card. “Points” are promotional rewards provided to you under the Rewards Program, which are awarded to you when you make eligible purchases with your Card, and can be redeemed for cash back and other items as described in this Agreement. The uChoose Rewards® Program Terms and Conditions provide additional terms and conditions governing your ability to earn and accrue Points under the Rewards Program. All rewards that you earn under this Agreement are earned in the form of Points, and any offer to earn “cash” or any item other than Points in connection with this Rewards Program may require you to redeem your Points for cash, a statement credit, or other items as described below.
Earning Rewards. If we provide you with the opportunity to earn Rewards when using your Step Card to make qualifying purchases, we will provide you with information and terms about the Rewards to allow you to choose a type of Reward. You may enroll in one or more Rewards by accessing the “Rewards” tab within your Step App and selecting the Rewards you are interested in. At our discretion, we may limit enrollment including the number or the types of Rewards available for enrollment at any given time or the total amount of Rewards you may be able to accrue in a given time period. In order to enroll in any Rewards Program and receive any form of Rewards, you must have an active Step Account that is in good standing and you should have valid credentials and be able to log in your Step App. Rewards earned under our Rewards Program will be deposited within seven (7) days after a qualifying purchase or condition (as disclosed within your Step App while you enroll in each Reward) is finalized.
Earning Rewards. A Couche who is fully compliant with these Referral program conditions may receive Reward (s). Each Reward is accrued in US dollars. A Couche who is fully compliant with these Referral program conditions may receive Reward (s) for his / her Referrals as further detailed in the Account of the Couche. Each Couche is provided with a unique and personal page in the Account to view the status of his / her Referrals, progression and any other information regarding the Referral program. Please check the Account regularly.
Earning Rewards. You may earn points for purchases, minus returns or refunds, using your Card (as defined in the Cardholder Agreement). The number of points earned for purchases may vary based on various factors, including, without limitation, the types and dollar amounts of purchases and the Card affiliation and branding. Points will be earned and calculated as specified on the Cardless mobile application or on our website [xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxx.xxx/]. Unless otherwise set forth on our mobile application or our website, you will earn and accrue a minimum of one
(1) point for each U.S. Dollar of eligible purchases using your Card. You may earn points as may be authorized by us from time to time for special programs, promotions, or transactions that may be offered for limited time periods and for which additional terms and conditions may apply. Merchants who accept the Card are assigned a merchant code, which is determined by the merchant or its processor in accordance with card brand procedures based on the kinds of products and services they primarily sell. As such, even though a merchant may sell retail items that may be similar to retail items sold by another merchant, the merchants may not have the same merchant code, and therefore the purchases at the merchants may not be included in the same category for the purposes of earning points. Purchases using the Card must be submitted by merchants using the identified merchant category codes to qualify for earning points. We are not responsible for incorrectly coded transactions. Additionally, purchases using a third-party payment account will not be eligible for accruing points. Questions concerning eligible transactions will be determined in the sole discretion of Cardless. All transactions in U.S. Dollars for which points are awarded to you will be rounded down to a whole-dollar amount for purposes of determining the number of points to be awarded. Points are earned after enrollment in this Program, and no points will be provided retroactively (including if you are in default under the Cardholder Agreement). Cash advances, including purchases of cash equivalents of any kind, balance transfers, convenience check amounts, purchases we believe to have been made for commercial purpose, Account fees (as defined in the Cardholder Agreement), interest charges, credit insurance, gambling fees, credit protection, debt cancellation charges, and unauthorized or fraudulent transactions do not qualify as eligible purchases and do not ...
Earning Rewards. 3.1 Rewards can be earned by participating in certain research opportunities (each, an “Activity”, and collectively, the “Activities”). Twitch may award more than one type or “class” of Reward. Not all Activities will have an associated Reward. The number of Rewards, if any, and the type or class of Rewards that can be earned by participating in any Activity will be disclosed when the opportunity to participate in the Activity is presented. Twitch may set limits on the number of Rewards a participant can earn in a specified period of time.
3.2 Activities are available only by invitation from Twitch, in Twitch’s sole discretion. Enrolling in the Program does not guarantee an invitation to participate in a particular Activity or any specific number of Activities.
3.3 If you choose to participate in an Activity, upon satisfying all of the requirements of the Activity, you will be awarded the Reward associated with completing that Activity so long as Twitch and/or its third- party Program affiliates are able to properly track your valid and completed Reward-earning Activities. For avoidance of doubt, Xxxxxx shall not be obligated to award Rewards to Program participants for any Activity that is not properly recorded, tracked, completed, and/or deemed approved under Twitch’s or its third-party Program affiliates’ policies, procedures, and systems.
Earning Rewards. The Company will pay you a Reward based on the completion of each below step:
1. Step One. Book 12 qualified Demos (see Section 6) and have 2 or more qualified sales with your close friends and family within 180 days of your Rainbow purchase.
2. Step Two. Six of the 12 Valid Referrals are completed within 45 days of your Rainbow purchase. 1
Earning Rewards. 1. You will earn rewards on eligible purchases made using Your Card so long as Your Account is in good standing under the Program, as set forth in Section I.
2. The following type of transactions do not qualify as eligible purchases and do not earn rewards: use of Convenience Checks; Balance Transfers; Cash Advances; fees of any kind, including, but not limited to, Annual Fees or Balance Transfer fees; unauthorized or fraudulent charges; gambling; or any other transaction that We determine at Our sole discretion constitutes or is equivalent to a Cash Advance.
3. Each reward earned is worth one cent ($.01). For example, two thousand five hundred (2,500) rewards earned equals twenty-five dollars ($25.00) in redemption value.
4. You will earn rewards based on each eligible purchase made by you and/or any Authorized User(s) of the Card during a billing cycle, minus any credits or returns in connection with an eligible purchase (“Net Purchases”). Rewards are calculated on the basis of each Net Purchase rather than the sum of Net Purchases posted in a billing cycle. A Net Purchase that results in a reward calculation equal to or more than fifty cents ($0.50) of a reward (up to two (2) decimal places) will be rounded up to one dollar ($1.00) reward.
a. You will earn 1.5% rewards for each $1 spent on eligible Net Purchases. This equates to $.015 in rewards for each dollar spent on eligible Net Purchases. For example, if you spend $100, you will earn $1.50 in rewards.
b. You will earn 3% rewards for each $1 spent on eligible Net Purchases at qualifying home improvement stores. This equates to $.03 in rewards for each dollar spent on eligible Net Purchases at qualifying home improvement stores. For example, if you spend $100, you will earn $3.00 in rewards. Qualifying home improvement stores are stores that specialize in selling a variety of home improvement supplies, from larger home improvement stores to smaller hardware stores. Home improvement purchases made at warehouse clubs, discount stores, department stores or grocery stores do not qualify as eligible purchases in the home improvement stores category. Merchants are assigned a merchant category code (MCC), which is determined by the merchant and/or its processor based on the merchant’s primary line of business. Earning Rewards. The Program entitles Members to earn and receive certain rewards (“Rewards”) at participating U.S. Chili's Grill & Bar locations as a way of thanking our biggest Chili’s fans with the best deals. There are several types of Rewards that may be earned. A Reward may be subject to additional terms and conditions set forth in the Reward.
Earning Rewards. From time to time, we may offer bonuses or other rewards for downloading or using the Extension, or for other specific actions. The terms and conditions accompanying such offers will govern how they are earned and redeemed if the terms and conditions differ from these Terms.
Earning Rewards. Ambassadors shall receive one Reward for each Qualified Referral. Any additional or subsequent purchases made by a Referred Friend will not result in Rewards. Rewards are subject to verification. Lumio may withhold a Reward for investigation, or refuse to process any transaction it deems fraudulent, suspicious, in violation of this Agreement, or believes will impose liability on Lumio, its subsidiaries, affiliates or any of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents, in its sole discretion. Xxxxx’s decisions are final and binding, including decisions as to whether a Qualified Referral or Reward is valid. If a Referred Friend is referred by multiple Ambassadors, only the Ambassador whose Personal Link was used first during the Referred Friend’s registration for Services shall be entitled to receive the Reward.
