Employee Communication. 1) Assist with planning and coordinating annual open enrollment and with other employee meetings as needed regarding the City’s group health plans.
2) Help educate employees in the effective use of plans in containing costs and assist with development of employee communication materials.

Employee Communication. (1) In the event of a significant operational issue likely to affect the performance of the Facility in the immediate future, the Employer or its representative will communicate as soon as practicable any possible workplace implications to all employees likely to be affected. Such issues may include, but are not limited to, scheduled Facility shutdown arrangements or the standing down of employees due to AQIS intervention, machinery breakdown and maintenance, stock availability or loss of essential services, or an entirely new method of processing such as installation of new machines or other technology. A new method of processing may result in changes to tally, speed and pay rate per unit for production within ordinary working hours.
(2) The Employer will ensure as far as practicable that employees through the consultative committee are given an opportunity to respond to the Employer on such matters and will consider means available to avoid or minimise any adverse effects that such change may have on employees.
Employee Communication. 30.1 The employee is not entitled to use business equipment, inter alia, telephones, cell phones, fax machines and computers, for private purposes without the employer’s prior permission, unless in an emergency or a policy to the contrary exists.
30.2 The employer reserves the right to access, monitor, read, filter, block, delete, use and act on any incoming or outgoing email messages, sent or received by the employee, attachments to such emails, hyperlinks in such email messages or attachments, websites visited by the employee and files or records saved automatically, or by the employee, on the employer’s equipment.
Employee Communication. Each Party shall take all actions as may be required under any Law, collective agreement or other agreement to properly inform and consult or, as may be necessary or desirable as a result of such informing or consultation, to properly obtain all authorisations, consents or approvals from, the Employees or the relevant Employee representatives in order for the Sellers to transfer the Transferred Employees to the Purchaser. Each Party shall comply with an employee communications plan (including a timeline for implementation), substantially in the form attached as Appendix 12a, in order to ensure a smooth transition of the Transferred Employees to the Purchaser and minimal disruption to the EL Business. Each Party shall be responsible for and shall indemnify and hold harmless the other Party against any liability arising from a failure by it to comply with requirements of or obligations under any law regarding the transfer of undertaking (including, but not limited to, any information duties).
Employee Communication. Unless specifically directed by SunPower, Cypress shall not be responsible for communicating any information to SunPower employees or ensuring the accuracy of any communication made by SunPower to its employees. Cypress shall under no circumstance be responsible for any commitment or Service promised to SunPower employees by SunPower.
Employee Communication. The Authority and the Union agree that any media request of an employee (e.g. on-camera interview or interview by a newspaper reporter) shall be referred to the Office of Media Relations for an official response. When it becomes necessary to submit a press release involving a bargaining unit employee, except in pressing or demanding situations needing immediate attention, prior notice shall be given to the Union.

4. Help educate employees i n the effective use of plans in containing costs. Provide information in response to technical questions regarding employee benefit issues. All work will be done with regular involvement of the City's Human Resources Director, Manager of Personnel Service s or designee. Regular presentations and meetings with these individuals or groups, incorporating their input into the process, are expected. Presentations to the City's Governing Body shall also be required when deemed necessary by the City’s Human Reso urces Director. The CONSULTANT shall also furnish and perform any other various professional CONSULTANT’s responsibilities and requirements set forth in the City’s Request for Proposal and this Agreement document to include any and all attachments.
Employee Communication. 13.10.1 The committee will produce a regular bulletin for distribution in the facility, which contains reports on its activities and in which both Company management and employee perspectives can be accommodated on particular issues.
13.10.2 Report back meetings will involve equal time being available to Ventia and Employee representatives, 30 minutes of which will be paid time, exclusive to the Employee representatives.
