Employee Supervision. Each Party shall be solely responsible for the safety and supervision of its own employees, agents, representatives, and subcontractors.
Employee Supervision. RP shall provide one supervisor of its choice at the Plant (the “RP Supervisor”), who shall have the right to select and/or reject employees so hired by MH. The RP Supervisor shall oversee all operations at the Plant, including but not limited to the management of all services and Utilities provided by MH hereunder. The RP Supervisor shall be consulted prior to the taking of any action by MH with respect to any personnel at the Plant. The RP Supervisor shall have the right upon consultation with MH, to modify the permanent and/or temporary staff at the Plant and to appropriately discipline or replace any individuals whom the RP Supervisor, in his or her reasonable discretion, believes to be performing in an unsatisfactory manner. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, MH shall not hire or retain any third party contractors without the prior written consent of the RP Supervisor, which shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed.

Employee Supervision. 14.01 Upon completion of the written performance appraisal the employee will receive a copy and shall sign the document to confirm receipt. The employee shall have the opportunity to add written comments to the performance appraisal. All performance appraisals shall be placed in the employee’s personnel file. The contents of such appraisals shall not be grievable nor shall it contain any reference to any form of discipline or investigation.
14.02 On an annual basis YSB will complete a performance evaluation on each employee. On an annual basis XXX will work with staff to prepare Employee Work Plans designed to assist the individual in identifying their specific abilities and maximizing their potential. These plans are to be for the purposes of meeting career goals, organizational objectives and of achieving greater efficiency. It is understood that the work plan may be used as a tool in assessing employee performance.
14.03 Work plans will be developed as part of the supervision process and by mutual agreement. The plan shall be reviewed annually. Work Plans and appraisals shall be in the official language of the employee’s choice, provided the employee is working in a unit that is officially designated by YSB to provide services in that official language.

A Summary of Employment will be performed upon termination of employment.
Employee Supervision. 36 Employees who are assigned paraeducators shall only be responsible for supervision of the paraeducator while 37 the employee and paraeducator are at the same worksite. Employees shall not be responsible for supervision 38 of a paraeducator during the employee’s lunch or planning period.
Employee Supervision. Each employee will be assigned work by one recognized supervisor and will be responsible to that supervisor for proper performance. Administrative matters such as personal leave requests may require notification of an administrative supervisor having administrative responsibility for the section. Employees are required to make every reasonable effort to give their supervision advance notification for non-emergency personal leave requests: one day advance notice for one day leave; one week advance notice for one week of leave.
Employee Supervision. 23.1 These procedures are designed to provide a mechanism to assess the performance of employees with the primary purpose of providing support to an employee whose performance is considered to require improvement.
23.2 A supervisor will provide administrative and academic leadership where appropriate and is responsible for monitoring the performance of employees and providing support to employees whose performance is assessed as requiring improvement. Academic supervisors will normally be classified, where possible, at Academic Level C or above.
23.3 Each employee will have a supervisor who will normally be the head of the employee’s unit for academic employees, or the head of the section for professional employees. An employee will be informed, in writing, on appointment to the University, of their designated supervisor and their supervisor’s position. Written advice will also be provided if an employee moves to another work area or where supervisory arrangements change as an outcome of organisational change processes.
23.4 Where a change in supervisor would remove potential conflict of interests or contribute to more harmonious relations within the work unit, an employee may request the Director to designate an alternative supervisor. This request will be dealt with in a timely manner.
23.5 All employees who assume supervisory responsibilities must receive appropriate training in employee assessment techniques in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.
Employee Supervision. 1. Ensure that the employee(s) shall be supervised by the Department and shall be duly trained and qualified prior to placement on-site at the location of the facilities.
2. Provide the employee(s) with copies of the Agency’s applicable rules, regulations, procedures and staff relations policies.
3. Ensure that the on-site Departmental employee(s) shall follow the rules of conduct, policies, and procedures of the Agency while still enjoying the benefits and protections afforded under the Civil Service rules and their collective bargaining Agreement.
4. Provide each Departmental employee the following:
a. Staff travel/mileage reimbursement following the established MDHHS processes for reimbursement up to $511.00.
i. Travel/mileage reimbursement in excess of $511.00 shall be the responsibility of the Agency, and incorporated into the total agreement amount when applicable, and disbursed following the established MDHHS process for reimbursement.
b. Desktop office supplies, including paper and printed material.
c. Computer with VPN to access Department systems.
d. Printer/scanner

5. Provide any report forms and reporting formats required by the Department at the effective date of this Agreement and provide to the Agency any new report forms and reporting formats proposed for issuance thereafter at least 90 days prior to their required usage to afford the Agency an opportunity to review and offer comment.
